I am amazed at how fast this computer is! I set up the computer and it only took about 3-5 minutes. This computer also took less space on the desk so it was easier for me to do more of my work without worrying about the limited amount of space. This computer has the computer built into the monitor too which I liked the most. When I booted up the computer, it took about one minute . Another great thing about this computer is that it delivers great graphics when I play my games. I am a heavy gamer and I rely on this computer a lot. When I do some game play, I find the images to be very sharp and it moves smoothly. So far, I have not encountered any problems with this computer. I have been using this computer for about two weeks now and I have not run into a problem. The processing speed is very fast and it opens programs in less than a second. In addition to that, the computer never seems to slow down if I have a lot of programs open. It just keeps going! I find that this computer will be right for you no matter what you are doing. This is a powerful computer which will get all of your needs done.

I needed a computer for personal and for business! I own my own tutoring/ afterschool center. I needed something that was durable , fast, easy and affordable. My students loved it. They were able to do their academic games, research papers, listen to music and watch movies etc. The 20 inch screen was perfect for me. I did not need to wear glasses all the time. The sound was incredible. It is easy to carry to other locations because it was light and one piece. I was able to use this for my presentations. The graphics and colors are fantastic. Ease of Use I was able to use it straight out the box. It was the easiest computer setup I ever experience Durability Over the past year , the computer as been knocked over so many times I lost count. Never once did I experience any breakage. Design I love the design. Performance The performance is better than I expected. I actually use my tv in my bedroom less. I use the computer to watch most of my tv shows and movies!

This is a great computer for the money you pay for it. Not only does it have a 20 inch screen it also has great quality sound speakers built in it. The computer also comes with a built in webcam and the quality of the webcam is good. I chose to pick this computer among all of them for the reasons mentioned above. I feel like Hewlett Packard is improving in their quality of products. I also like the idea that it has a built in drive for your discs. Unlike other desktop computers this one is only a single piece and not several heavy pieces that you have to have along with it. The only fault I really have with this product is that there is no battery and it has to be plugged in the wall in order for it to get power. The particular one I have is the Windows 8 operating system. I do like it, but I feel it is just Windows 7 and the tablet screen combined under a single operating system. A lot of the functions are helpful for the person using the computer as well. Overall it is a great experience for someone who likes to play games and watch movies on their computer.

Windows 7, Webcam, ONE CORD! (Power cord). It looks good, it runs good, has built in WiFi, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, given they have a bluetooth connect piece for them. Had it for months now and its been flawless. Only thing recommended is to get Norton to protect it also a Power strip to keep electronics from blowing fuses for when electric goes out or something, fried our last HP desktop and we got this. (even though I fixed the other one) Ease of Use So far getting on websites and such has been a breeze. Webcam has its own little features which is cool too. I'd recommend getting it with Windows 7 because I personally don't like Windows 8 and how the regular desktop isn't how a computer should look like. It's a breeze using this. Hardware Quality Haven't had any problems what so ever, just have to be careful of what you download and such because after all it is still a computer. Any compare can catch viruses. Great on memory, works great. Support & Service I haven't needed to go to support with anything simply because I know how to use it so I'm leaving this one in the middle. Durability So far, it's been months and I haven't had problems with it other than when you have a device plugged in to it while it's off then turn it on it gets stuck at the black screen and you have to unplug the device (Phone) and turn it off then back on. Design What can I say, There's no tower, one cord which is the power cord, webcam installed, not too thick on the backside, on a stand, looks almost futuristic sitting down. WiFi built in, wireless keyboard and mouse with have the bluetooth connect. USB ports in the side for easy access, disc entry on the side, microphone plug and headset on the side, and SD card slot as well. 20" display. Performance Haven't had any performance issues with it. Although I will advice be careful downloading stuff without antivirus or non-trusted sites. But that's recommended for ANY computer you buy.

I purchased this HP in December of last year because I had broken my other computer. I fell in love with it as soon as I got it. The screen was just the right size, it ran perfectly and never slowed down, it was easy to use, it looked great and it came with a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse. I mainly use my computers for music, and having a 500 gb hard drive, as well as having wireless controls out of the box meant that I could listen to as much music as I wanted, and change the music wherever I wanted in my room. It also has wifi, so you don't have to have it hooked in to all kinds of cables. Just the power source. This will be the last desktop I buy, at least for a while, because it is so great, why would I need another? Ease of Use Very easy to set up and use out of the box Support & Service The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 on Support and Service is because nothing has ever happened to it that required me to use it! Performance This is the fastest computer I've had, and it's never slowed down. It has always been like brand new since the day I got it.

Great computer for a great price. I wanted this one because it was all-in-one and i didnt have to worry about the hard drive taking up more space than necessary. Great designs for background images makes it a plus for me. Flaws dont stop the love! Hardware Quality I dont like the built in speakers at all. I used the plug in ones from my previous computer. It just doesnt get loud enough for me. Design Only negative thing here is the positioning the screen, you can move it, its just awkward to me.
