The Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet 3700 is fast on both color and black and white printing, gives excellent quality images (all good) except for photographs, where other technologies are far superior in terms of getting professional looking photo prints.  The Hewlett Packard telephone support is terrible, which I have found frustrating.  Also, the ink cartridges are horrendously expensive.  I experience lots of paper jams, and they are extremely difficult to clear, requiring either removal of cartridges to find where the jam is, or opening the rear doors and poking around im the dark.  The unit is very big and bulky.  The display that tells you what to do when something goes wrong is also difficult to interpret and to this day I find myself just doing "hit and miss" troubleshooting.    The manual paper feeder is poorly designed and the paper flops around because it's not properly supported.
