I've had this printer for a few years now. It has never jammed or stopped working. Unless you run out of ink, this printer will work just fine. This particular one is black and goes with our decor in the house. One reason I like this printer is because of the size. It's a copier, printer , and scanner all in one. This means that this printer is not as big as some other printers out there. It fits nicely onto shelving units and on top of furniture. I wouldn't use this outside of the home because it was made primarily for home use. I'm not sure how long it would last if you were printing multiple times a day. As it stand now we only use our a few times a week at most when my wife is printing coupons.
