We upgraded to this all in one from just a photo printer a year ago. We have had some issues with this one, but HP has been good about helping. We had to return the first one because some technical part stopped working and it would not print at all. But HP sent us another one and we have not had trouble except for the wireless part. For some reason, we have trouble keeping the wireless connection. We shut down the printer and laptop and the configurations are lost. BUT, you can go to the HP forum and chat with a tech about the problem and they have helped resolve this by doing new configurations with the laptop, printer and wireless router. So that has helped. This printer is great, with scanner which works great, fax, copy and print. It all does really good imaging. The ink is not too bad and if you buy it on amazon you can get it for a good price and it actually lasts awhile. The scanner you can do color, black and white and it has good results.

This printer does black & color prints. You can use it to print picures very easily. Or you can use black only if desired. Very good product. Made by one of the best companies, and very reasonable price.

I have been so pleased with hp since acquiring this simple printer. It was easy to install and easy to use. I am now looking to upgrade to an all-in-one device that HP puts out that uses the same ink cartridge I already use. How convenient for me.

This printer is a great printer for normal everyday use. The only time I have problems with this printer is when I change the setting to Fast Print, when I do this then it will get a paper jam. It must be too fast for the printer to keep up with. I have had this printer for a couple of years and that is the only problem that I have with it.  Very user friendly and very easy to install.
