This was a terrific little bargain site for a long, long time -- I order lots of stuff from them and never had a problem. Sometimes shipping took a while, but they always had a disclaimer on the site ("may take up to 4 weeks" or whatever the case) and they had a good system of notification when things shipped. I'm very sorry to hear that this company went out of business. Based on their customer service, it seemed to be a smaller family business without a lot of employees (thus the incredible prices), and the concept and follow-through were brilliant, at least every time I used the site. Rest in Peace, Graveyard Mall.... I'll miss the BEST bargain site online!!

People give Graveyard Mall a hard time because shipping is slow ... but it says so right on the website that shipping takes a while. I ordered from Graveyard Mall. It took about 3 weeks to ship but I was very pleased with what I received and the price I paid, so for me it was worth the wait.

Summary of experience - they were selling homedics foam pillows at about half the price I've seen them for anywhere else. I ordered 2 2-packs. My credit card was charged immediately, and the order showed up on their website as "Awaiting Fulfillment". After 2 weeks, I sent an email to customer service asking when I could expect shipment. This was on a Wed at about 7am. I received no reply, and on Thu at about 4:30p I emailed them and said that if I had not heard from them by close of business Friday I was going to dispute the charge with my CC company. On Friday morning I got a reply saying that "for my future reference" that I should allow a business day for responses from customer service. They also said they had already sent out an email to everyone who had ordered the pillows. This was not true (and I double checked my SPAM folder). They included a "copy" of the letter, which said that whoever they ordered the pillows from had come back and said that they don't actually own them and couldn't sell them. What?!? It said they were refunding all the orders. I haven't seen the refund yet. I'll edit this review if I actually get it. In the mean time I'm starting the dispute process now. Normally I would chalk this up to a freak incident, but with all the other negative reviews reporting similar stories, I'm not believing a word of it. Sounds to me like anytime they need a short-term interest-free loan, they just make up a fictitious, fabulous deal and get it from consumers. BTW, my order on their site still has the status "Awaiting Fulfillment".

If these people told me that the sky was blue I'd have to go look first before I'd believe anything they say. Horrible customer service. They don't answer their 800 number only a recording to leave a message on their machine and they don't return calls anyway. They will answer the emails only if they feel like it and then you get generic answers. Only after I filed a dispute with Pay pal did they respond. Oh yeah I gave them more than a month to deliver only to get a bullshirt excuse. Flagrantly lied to me concerning my order repeatedly. In the end, although the item had supposedly shipped already they issued a full refund thru Pay pal. Hmmmmm....does it sound right to you that they issue a full refund even though the items are in transit already?? I THINK NOT.

This store literally can't get ANYTHING right. I ordered 12prs of Kenneth Cole Socks. It took 2 weeks to ship, and I'm sure if I hadn't contacted them twice, it probably would have taken even longer. I said I wanted to cancel the order, and miraculously, it shipped the next day. I received my package today, and didn't even get what I ordered. I received 13prs of Biagino socks - no affiliation at all with Kenneth Cole. So basically they are selling products the don't even have. And in the 2 times they replied to my inquiries about shipping, no one ever said they didn't even have the product I ordered. They just sent me something else instead. Horrible! I'd rather have spent twice as much somewhere else and actually gotten what I ordered in a reasonable period of time.

I've been shopping with Graveyard Mall for over 3 years now and I can honestly say I haven't had all the problems everyone else seems to be expericing.  I've gotten some really GREAT deals (I always check the prices of things elsewhere) and everything I've ordered has been exactly what it's portrayed.  I had one item I ordered that was shipped but I never received so I e-mailed them and they shipped another (a $99.00 fireplace screen) and then another time I ordered a bunch of food-saver bags and when they didn't come (I waited a couple of weeks before e-mailing them) I let them know I never got an e-mail saying they were shipped and they responded the next day apologizing as they were out of stock and refunded my money immediately.  I've had more problems with orders from Lillian Vernon than I have Graveyard Mall.

It has been some time since I ordered anything from www.graveyardmall.com and today I decided to visit the site to see what they had to offer.  I was surprised to see many high end items for the kitchen and also name brand lighting fixtures added to the site since I last visited. All of these items will be of interest as we start to remodel our house we moved out of last year.  And yes, the project is way behind with my dad's illness. **Graveyardmall.com** In case you don't know www.graveyardmall.com is a discount online store that sells closeouts and other discontinued items.  You can find some hard to find items here and some good buys.  There are other deals that just make you want to say, "that is junk!"  So visit the site with an open mind. I've always enjoyed surfing the site to see what is available.  Stock changes often, sometimes even daily.  If you see something you want, you should buy it NOW. The site is easy to navigate and the pages load quickly.  All items are shown with color photographs with descriptions of the product so you know exactly what you are buying. Each day the site offers a "daily deal".  This item changes daily and could be anything the site sells. They also have a "bargain bin" that has a good selection of products at the lowest prices.  You can find collectible sports items here, collectible Christmas ornaments and many more goodies in this section.  The key is to check it often. All other categories are grouped by like items, such as Disney, Home Improvement, Lighiting, Apparel, etc. **My Thoughts on the Graveyard** I have never had a problem with buying anything from this site.  The checkout process is quick and easy.  I have received all items I have purchased in a timely manner and in good condition.   They have some really cute items sometimes.  You just have to be a diligent shopper and visit the site often to score the best deals. Stuff that doesn't sell well on other sites and closeouts are listed as well just random things. I was burned and never went back.But then...I got an email with specials and deals on the net and one deal was a dozen name brand "celebrity type" sunglasses for under $20.00. The styles were nice and each was shown so I knew what I would be getting. Although I had a bad experience at **Graveyard Mall** in the past, I figured it may have been a one time thing so I ordered the sunglasses.Weeks passed. I finally got the glasses and they were NOT at all what I ordered. They were cheap, kid type glasses, old fashioned cat eye things, glasses no one I know would wear. It was for the *Infinite Dress* that normally sells for $199.00. This deal had both the black and red dresses for just $10.00 each. Could it possibly be, I wondered. When I clicked the link, it went to **Graveyard Mall**. Ugh. But, like an idiot, I ordered the red and black dresses in size small and really hoped all would go well.MANY weeks passed. No info was sent to me about when I would get my order. Eventually, I got a letter saying it was shipped out. Then a day later, I received a $5.00 refund from **Graveyard Mall**. I had no clue why. FINALLY, several weeks after ordering, I got my package from **Graveyard Mall.** Inside was a black Infinite Dress, a strange little scarf thing, and a letter of apology. Apparently, the boxes of small and medium red dresses weren't really small or medium and thus, they were unable to send me my red dress. They decided that they would send me a Infinite Scarf (which I have no idea what to do with), refund me HALF of the price of the red dress, and give me a $10.00 credit . So, while they were trying to make up for their stupid quality control issues, I now either HAVE to go back and shop there again to get my credit or lose it. I would have preferred a full refund. Who do they  think they are taking my money and not returning it when they found they couldn't fulfill my order (as usual)?I am so sick of the bull at **Graveyard Mall** that I have absolutely NO intention of using the $10.00 credit. They take literally weeks to send (I'm talking sometimes 8 weeks!) and I have yet to get what I ordered. They always have some excuse but the fact is, they should look at what they buy before selling it to the masses. It's atrocious quality control and really poor service.
