I bought this bench press set to work out at home and i have mixed feelings about it. First of all it is a very offordable olympis size bench press and comes with the spotting bars. Which hold up quite well. The best thing about this bench press set is that almost everything is adjustable. The bench seat has a decline setting, a flat setting, and multiple incline settings. The stands can be adjusted pretty high for squatting and military presses. It also comes with an adjustable preacher pad. Although it has a leg extension that works, it doesn't feel as sturdy as the rest of the set but it has worked well with over a hundred pounds on it. The bar stand has no additional support and although it has rubber stoppers to prevent it from slipping, it still moves when you rack the bar and teh stands also rock but it has never failed on me. The weight rack is a god addition and might help in keeping it steady.
