The paint can be used with kits, or they have some of their own painters who can assist in ideas. The glow in the dark paint lasts a long time. Years...but not forever. All you have to do is paint and let it happen.  They also guarantee their paint. Never met a painting company who guarantees you'll like their paint. If you go through their gallery, the most amazing paintings I've ever seen.   My husband and I bought the powder to use for our mailbox and to use on our sons ceiling to paint the night time sky. It's so COOL!
