We purchased five of these shelves for our garage in which we have a wall of the gladiator gear wall panels. These work with both these and the gladiator track channels (which we have some installed in our utility room). It makes it nice that I can move an extra shelf from here to there when I need some extra space without having to worry about mounting and wall destruction. These shelves mostly hold things up on the top portion of our shelving panels for items we do not need often such as our coolers, snow salt, and various boxes of seasonal decorations. We have not had any problems with them bearing the weight we have subjected them to, the manufacturer says they can holdup to fifty pounds each. These shelves also come with a lifetime warranty and are top notch quality. We do plan on purchasing a few more for extra storage space up off the garage floor. As sturdy as they are they are not too heavy to lift over my head to position them where I want them on my wall.

We were in the process of organizing our garage and was back in the store when another customer spoke up and said, you really need to get these shelves. I admit these open shelves are ones that I would have passed up if the customer hadn't spoke up and said he liked his so much that he was back to buy two more. These shelves are unbelievable strong and are definitely heavy duty. They mount on a bracket so they are made to hold a lot of weight. I am not a fan of open shelves but these shelves do look attractive . We ended up mounting three of them next to each so that I can keep my gardening tools and tins of this and that in a handy to use area. I showed a friend our new storage area and explained I liked all of the shelving but I hated those ugly cans with a variety of product advertised on them. A few days later she surprised me with a beautiful assortment of tins - painted various colors. She included a label bin that had prewritten label or blank ones that I could add to the tins. Now those great shelves serve two purposes. They store items that I use on a regular basis the painted tins added a fun touch to what would be ordinary looking storage shelves.
