I LOVE Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo. I have fine & super dry hair and this is the first shampoo of many I've tried from both non-eco friendly & eco-friendly lines. I LOVE this shampoo because 1) it IS eco-friendly, 2) it IS moisturizing, 3) it's not overly fragrant, & 4) It's affordable, unlike others I have tried. It also works well with dyed hair, helping it not to dry out. I also have not needed to use conditioner since using Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo! Effectiveness Excellent! The Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo is really effective for keeping my hair from getting dry. I don't even need to use a conditioner! It also hasn't dried out my scalp like other shampoos have done. Even in the winter time when the air is dry, it still keeps my hair & scalp nice! Scent LOVE the scent for Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo! I sensitivities with fragrance and this is just right & uses natural oils. It's perfect!

I have been using regular shampoos bought in the grocery store, which were really drying out my hair. I find that natural shampoos are more gentle, so I picked up this one. This is a fantastic product for anyone with moderate to thick hair who needs good, intense conditioning without a greasy feel. My hair is fine, so it did tend to way my hair down by the end of the day, leaving it a bit limp. I remedied this problem by alternating this product with a deeper cleansing product. Effectiveness This shampoo is gentle, and moisturizing. Anyone with dry, or damaged hair could benefit greatly from this product. If you are like me, and need a moisturizing alternate, I recommend this one. I use this product with the conditioner, which I find I can use every day in need be. Scent The chemical scents of most hair products on the market can be very overwhelming, but this one has a nice light scent that I enjoy. It smells gentle.

Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo is an asset to all women with natural hair!  It moisturizes curls and does not leave residue.  This is the closest, affordable, all natural shampoo that I have been able to find.  I have natural curly hair and am an African American female.  I like to use naturaly products with minimal synthetic additives to shampoo my hair.  I tried Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo after reading the ingredients and noticing the affordable price.  I thought to myself that there is no way this shampoo can make my hair feel luxurious and be this cheap.  My thought was wrong.  The shampoo was absolutely wonderful.  Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo provided moisture and smelled absolutely wonderful.  My curls were not tangled up and they were easy to comb.  I followed it up with the Giovanni Moisturizing Conditioner.  The two worked together perfeclty and provided me with easy to manage curls.

I love the way **Giovanni Deep Moisture Shampoo** smells. It smells like a flower garden on a summer morning.  It makes me feel like I am being good to myself and really helps me to enjoy my shower.  I could spend all day in the shower doing my hair because I enjoy it so much.   It contains ingredients that are eco friendly and not harmful to my body in contrast to a lot of other brands.  That is probaly the main reason I decided to try it in the very beginning.  the lather is thick and rich but it also rinses out easily.  My hair looks great and healthy after using it and I usually don't even need to use a gel or a mousse to style it.  It has been wonderful for summer when I like to just wash my hair and leave it wet.  Although as much as I like it,  it hasn't helped my flaky scalp. I would however recommend it to my very best of friends.  I would definitely give it a superior rating and I intend to continue using it.
