As a New Englander, who is lives in a rough winter environment, these tires are worth every penny we paid for them. They have nice thick tread and provide a comfortable, smooth and safe ride in all weather! As far as price in concerned, I paid more for them than I have for tires in the past. However, for the value and quality of this product, I would have paid even more for the safety I feel. I've had them on my Jeep for about six months and driven in rain, sleet, freezing rain and heavy snow. As a women who hates driving in this type of weather, I now feel much more comfortable in these elements with a much trusted and durable tire. They have a life rating of 60,000 miles. The only maintenance I have to upkeep on my tires is to bring my Jeep into the garage I purchased them from and have all four tires rotated every 6,000 miles. Which, is at no extra cost to me.
