Gatorade has gone through many transformations through the years. The Gatorade Rain series is one of the best out there. These drinks are a bit more water than they are sugar, so they are ideal for hydration and consumption during exercise. The Berry flavor is one of the greatest. Definitely worth a buy if you can find them.

My boyfriend and my cousins play a lot of sports. they drink a lot of water but sometimes the water just does not cut it. I love the gatorade rain. I like most gatorade flavors and I am surprised when I go to the grocery store because it seems like every time I go there is a new flavor on the shelf. I even found the low calorie gatorade which works really well for me because I am constantly watching my weight. There is a lot of sugar in this product and the bottles contain more than one serving even though I have yet meet someone that only drinks part of the bottle and puts it up. My cousins drink the whole thing in one sitting. I like to buy the rain in the twenty ounce bottles. they seem to be perfect for lunches of when I go running or to the gym. When I want something other than water or tea to drink i reach for a gatorade. Less sugar and calories than soda. Plus no carbonation to mess with your stomach.

I have tried *Gatorade* products in the past and have never really thought much of them except that they are really salty.  However, when I was working at one of the emergency animal shelters during a fire someone handed me a **Gatorade Rain** and without thinking I just drank it.  I was pleasantly surprised out how much this *Gatorade* product did not taste like a salt block.  I was hooked and drank many more (of course between waters) during my long stint of working.  My all time favorite flavor though was and continues to be the Berry flavor.  It has a mellow taste but is still great.  Whenever I got tired of drinking water I would drink half of a **Gatorade Rain Berry **and then fill the rest of the bottle up with water and continue drinking it.  Even after adding water it still had that great taste and wasn't too diluted.  I really suggest the **Rain** product of *Gatorade* for those who don't want to feel like a horse at a salt lick with their drinks.
