Perfect for roasting a chicken or roasts up to 5 lbs. It cooks evenly as food turn on a and has a drip pan to collect fats at the bottom. The small size is lightweight and easy to store. There is a flat basket for cooking smaller pieces of meat that are to small for the rotisserie spit and great for cooking fish. The spit is very sharp and care must be taken not to get stabbed while taking the meat of the spit but you can use the handle tool to get the hot meat out. Also included are four kabab skewers which also revolve for even cooking. There is a 3 hour countdown timer with bell and auto shut off. A 4 pound pork roast takes about 75 minutes to cook. Clean up usually involves some soaking to get the metal drip clean and the same goes for the metal reflector which is removable. Over time the metal reflector gets burnt marks from the splatters that never fully come out. The lid also comes off for easy cleaning and is put back in place by lining up arrows.
