These grills are fantastic!  They make wonderful gifts and mine gets use constantly.  It makes cooking much simpler and easier for cleanup purposes.  I bought this one because I wanted to be able to vary temperature.  When cooking other meats like steaks they can easily be ruined if cooked at very high temperatures.  This grill has been top notch the whole way for each and every type of meal I throw at it.  Chicken cooks in about 4 minutes and is ready to be served as long as you have pounded it out first.  Large filets take a bit more time but still nothing compared to cooking them with heat only on one side.  Grilled cheese is a breeze and comes out tasting fantastic and the bread even has nice grill lines on it.    My favorite thing about the foreman other than the ease of cooking and how fast and simple it is; is how equally easy it is for cleanup.  After I take my food off of the burner I leave it plugged in and simply pour some water down the grill.  It will bubble up and basically begin cleaning itself for you. I then take a sponge or paper towel and simply run it down the grill and the grill comes clean with very little effort at all.  The price is also unbeatable for what you get.  It is a great value and can make cooking much easier for those who don't have as much time when they get home from a long day at work.  Oh and how could I forget about its fat properties and how much of that gross fat runs into the tray rather than your stomach.  It will make your meats far leaner than before and the proof will be in the tray as the grill is angled and drains.  Great design and product that I recommend everyone have at least one of.
