My previous order were the multivitamins and protein powder supplements. The protein powder taste all right and the multivitamins go down very smoothly. They don't have an aftertaste. I have visited this website regularly over the last few months as my husband and I have decided to try to lose weight with a total body cleansing system and body detox product. I found one online at the GNC website that had great reviews and sounded amazing. I entered in my zip code to find my closest store and upon visiting that store I realized that there is a breakdown in the way that the company's website and stores correlate with each other. None of the products that I found on the website were available in the store, in fact the only thing similar that I could find and was offered was a generic GNC brand product that costs almost twice as much. I was disappointed that a website offers products and then you either order online and wait or you are directed to a local store that does not carry the product. I wish the website was able to keep up with the stores inventory and only send me to a store that has the product. Also, none of the prices on the website matched other products that I saw. Later when I checked back with the website I realized that was a special club member price that I was not participating in. Disappointed in this website. Ease of Use Needs to be streamlined to work smoothly with retail stores. Product Selection The website offers good products that cannot be found in stores.

Shopping at GNC.com is slightly different than shopping at the physical store. Shopping at the store has it's benefits but, so does shopping at the site. The site looks a little bit cluttered on it's home page. Other than that though, the browsing and locating what you need. You don't get the benefit of having staff on hand the way you would in the store, but, you can chat with an operator who can help you just as well. It is very easy to find what I need online and I like their overall price. More than anything else, I like their shipping prices and shipping times. I always get exactly what I ordered the first time and I also have been fortunate to get it without delay. Their shipping processes are immaculate, highly reliable and consistent. We usually go to the physical GNC store, since you can often get a slightly better deal than what is available online. However, once in a while, when there has been a great online sale such as buy one get one 50% off and free shipping, we will buy from GNC.com and save the trip to the store. A clear advantage to buying online is the greater production selection than in-store. If buying from GNC.com, I would definitely recommend becoming a gold card member, since a membership results in pretty big savings. They even sometimes have promotions for a free one-year gold card membership. We buy mainly whey protein and mass gainer from GNC.com, and usually go for one of the cheaper brands, such as their own brand. All in all, if you are a gold card member, shop the deals, and go for the lower priced brands, GNC.com actually is not as expensive as people think. Ease of Use It is not the most easy-to-use website I have ever tried, but it works okay. Product Selection GNC.com has a great product selection. Product Pricing If you are a gold card member and shop the deals, then the prices can be pretty good. Customer Service The one time I have had to use customer service, I was very satisfied. GNC definitely has high quality products, but their items are usually marked up. While I prefer to buy GNC branded items, I often look elsewhere to be them rather than buy them at their retail stores of it's own website. Their website is fairly simple to use and they have a wide variety of nutritional supplements. What I like about GNC is that there is shoprunner available to get free two day shipping if you are a shoprunner member, which you can get for free if you wait for a deal. They were offering it for free in the beginning a while ago, but now I believe you can get it free with American Express or something. That's something definitely worth looking into. Anyways, GNC offers special coupons occasionally to try their new items, but I personally didn't have the time to go into a store and redeem the coupon. Prices are okay if you wait for a deal, other than that, it's very expensive.

This site has a large selection of nutritional and health products. From time to time you can score a great deal on select products. To ensure you don't miss out on a deal you can setup alerts on your online account to send you a email when an item goes on sale. GNC.com also works in concert with Shoprunner. This means if you have a Shoprunner account you qualify for free 2-day shipping for most products on GNC.com. The only downside to GNC.com is the pricing of items. Prices are usually just too high compared to there competitors. You can purchase a GNC Gold Card for $15 online to get discounts on most items, but it's only good for about 1.5% off an item on average. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping on GNC.com on a regular basis. However, I would suggest to sign up for an account online to setup deal alerts for items you buy.

GNC is a great website to get all your supplements and more. I have ordered some Whey Protien Powder and the container is very large and heavy but GNC.com only charges 1.99 flat rate for any shipment. They have a very large selection of supplements and nutritional items from A to Z. The site is set up easy to navigate so you can just go to sections for Men's Health, Women's health, diet items, nutritional supplements and more. Shipping is quick and very reasonable. Their prices are great too, some are discounted and there is a gold card you can get where you get an additional discount up to fifty percent off the price of your items. On the website you will also fine interactive tools to determine which vitamins and supplements you should take as well as how much protein your body needs. They also have a few little video clips you can watch as well. If you want to go to the actual store itself there is a store locator. The site is very user friendly and the products are great.

I was recently looking to buy a bottle of Dr. Bronner's Castle Soap online (I had prepaid Visa gift card that had to be spent), but I was having some trouble finding a suitable online retailer that wouldn't charge an outrageous price for shipping. With some extensive searching, I eventually found my way to GNC.com that, completely unexpectedly - had the best price on this item for shipping! I'm sure it's not always this way, but they were running an awesome deal for $0.99 shipping and the minimum purchase to get this actually wasn't bad (I don't remember just what it was, but I was able to get my $10 bottle of Dr. Bronner's shipped for this, so it couldn't have been more than that!). I was overjoyed for the excellent deal. The shipping did take some time because it was shipped FedEx Ground, I believe, but that was to be expected. Overall, I had a really great shopping experience with GNC.com on an item I would never think to get there for a price on the shipping I would never have thought possible. GNC.com is now on my list for places to shop, although I don't expect to replicate the deal I got too often. Oh! And I should mention: if you shop online and then decide to go in-store, check with the shop first because they don't always have the same deals as the website.
