I have had this crock pot for several years. I like the programmable feature. The crock pot switches to warm after cooking time ends. It almost seems that the warm feature is "too warm" and continues cooking the food . This sometimes leads to burning of the food. The crock pot has also began to stick on the sides. The handle on top collects water underneath it. I have to remove the screw and handle after every use. I am concerned I will loose the screw. I am Not sure if I will buy this brand of crock pot again or not. Ease of Cleaning The insert "crock" on this crock pot is removable and makes for easy cleaning. I have began to notice sticking on the inside sides of the crock. Durability The overall product is still useable ,but I did expect to get longer , better use from this product Design The handle on top allows water to collect underneath it. I remove the screw and handle after every wash to allow the water to drain out.
