Nice aesthetic design and quiet, but horrible results for a dishwasher in this price range Noise Level This is very quiet, and we barely know it is on, even when we are doing other things in the kitchen. Cleaning Time Seems to run about as long as other units we've had in the past. Loading Flexibility The trays are great for a bunch of plates and standard size glasses, but not very good for anything else. The flatware holder is nice. Performance Horrible! Doesn't dry - everything is always wet (top and bottom racks) regarless of settings including the added heat setting, water spots/stains despite having a water softener probably due to the fact it doesn't dry well. Doesn't clean - often have items with remnant material/stains, even though my practice is to rinse off everything before I put into the dishwasher. Doesn't matter if this is high efficiency if it doesn't work, and items have to be cleaned more than once. I didn't have these issue with my 1998 JennAir dishwasher, so they clearly design a poor product here. Design I gave a "satisfactory" rating because of the look and ease of controls are good, but functionally it is horrible, and the racks are not very useful for anything other than standard type items Durability Brand new unit leaks at the bottom, and this seems to be an ongoing issue for many consumers of this model.

"Bought this dish washer mid May - tomorrow GE Service is coming the 4th time. Unit leaks even though gasket was replaced 2x already. Does not clean nor dry properly. Glasses and silver ware have water spots and forget about getting clean coffee cups. GE Monogram Service department is less than helpful and they refuse to ex-change the unit "we repair it for up to one year" and then you are on your own. Considering the retail price of this unit this model qualifies as "worst buy" in the market. A low end Kenmore unit performs better!!!!" Noise Level Very quiet unit!! Loading Flexibility Especially the lower rack and silver ware basket are utterly useless. Holes in the silver ware basket are so big that a lot of forks or knives simply fall through Performance Dish remain dirty and spotty. Coffee mugs have film in the them and silver ware has deposits and spots Design Clean good looking industrial design Durability Had the unit less than 2 months and waiting for my 4th visit by the GE repair guy. I guess this speaks for it self.
