The GE 1486 TW, I bought on-line, hoping to get it before I left for NYC last August. It arrived 1 week before. This 14.1 MP has a touch screen 3", 8x Optical zoom, image stabilization, HD input, pan-capture, 28mm wide angle lens. It comes with a rechargable battery, cables and connections. Also included is a wall charger, or can be recharged via USB cable and computer. Bot did it take wonderfully clear pictures. close ups and distance. from the top of the Empire State Building to the Bowery, from city hall to the top of 30 rock. I was not disappointed. I finally was able to capture some of that awesome architectural detail on some of Manhattan's most beautiful sites. It accepts cards up to 16MB, and is small and fits in a shirt pocket easily. The movie feature is also awesome. Compared to my KODAK small pocket 633, this is over 1000 times better. Crisp clear shots, excellent color and great night shots. I would recommend this camera to everyone looking for an easy to use Digi cam. In 5 days I filled 4 8MB sd cards with tons of pictures, some nearly professionally looking. Buy, charge and shoot!
