This blender works wonderfully. Self adjusts speed based on setting you select. Very nice. Blending Power Plenty of power to tackle whatever you throw in it. No problem at all crushing through ice cubes. Versatility This blender will blend anything you need, cocktails, sauces, milkshakes, you name it, it'll blend it ... Ease of Cleaning The glass pitcher is a breeze to clean, completely disassembles for easy cleaning. The digital keypad is nice too, no buttons to get around and in between when wiping down the body. Ease of Use Nice that this blender has some preset options for blending. Very user friendly. The easy-off lid fits securely and has the removable top for adding additional ingriedents while blending. Design Digital blue display is cool. Large glass pitcher is adequate size for mixing large concoctions. Cushioned rubber feet to kept stable and not mark the countertop surfaces. Durability Love that it has a glass pitcher. GE products are generally well built

The plastic piece at the bottom has broken twice blending ice cream. Apparently the engineers never actually tried using it after they designed it. Cheap Chinese crap that reflects poorly on GE as a whole.

The GE digital Blender comes with a glass jar and a rubber lid. It has a digital screen with a blue back light. It also has various settings for things like drinks, salsa, and your average puree and blend. It has low to high settings and you can just turn the blend on for as long as you need to make whatever you like. The GE Digital Blender comes with an instruction manuel on how to dissassemble the jar from the blade to clean it properly and also has a section with many different recipes that you can make with your blender. Clean up is really not hard at all. The rubber lid stays in place, I still like to hold it when on though. It's a breeze to take apart and reassemble. After reading the manuel everything is pretty easy, and it chops ice fairly well. I have made many things with this blender and it has done the job every time. 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone.

We love this blender. It's very dependable, it holds up to a lot of use, and blends quickly and thoroughly. We mostly use it to make shakes, but I am sure it could be used for many purposes. The many settings are great, but I use basically the same setting all the time because I'm not very tech savvy. We've had it for years and it has never let us down. It's a little loud, but aren't all blenders? We get very creative with our shakes, and I'm always amazed that this little blender can totally liquify the ice, nuts, or whatever else we can think of to put in. It's also a good looking blender and won't mess up the look of a nice kitchen. It's easy to clean too, and I love the heavy glass pitcher it comes with.

This seven piece digital blender is so much better then older blenders I had to use...it has 12 preset blending speeds..Speed control, automatically adjusts speed to create the best results..Has a jar shape container and a opening on top of lid to add ingriendents in part ... three sharp blades that chop and blend without putting stress on motor of blender..You can preprogram using the preprogram cycles..great for making salsa and even frozen drinks..I love drink cycle myself..love my shakes and my slushies I bake alot and this is one blender I would not part with...the nuts come out so chopped and just rite for my favorite brownies great for chopping ice to...which I use alot in summer to keep foods cold..just chop ice put in a bowl and set another bowl on top and I have instant cold..which is a must on them hot hot days Also this blender is so easy to clean...all removeable parts..dish washer safe..and easy assemble..

We bought this blender because it was one of the better looking machines. We also only buy glass jar blenders. We liked the digital readout, and the look of the buttons. We were very pleased to find that it has a smoothie blending option. It's a one-button option to blend up a drink! Genius! It changes the speed and power of the blend over about 35 seconds, and chews up ice like it's nothing! I used a frozen blend of fruits and berries, added some milk, and vanilla, and pressed go. 35 seconds later-- delicious smoothie! It's great for ice cream shakes, too.... blend ice cream, milk, and a little ice- I like to add some vanilla and a banana, too. A great treat! Clean up is super easy, too. Just rinse with hot water right after blending, and you're done! =)

We purchased this blender because of the price and brand. We have used it less than 50 times in less than a year. The small plastic piece under the glass container broke into two pieces and showed heat deterioration. Do not buy this unless you want a nice looking blender that is not durable. Bottomline, I will look for something that will last longer and maybe costs more so another blender doesn't go into the landfill so soon.

I have had my GE Multi Speed Blender for a couple of years and wouldn't trade it for anything. I use it everyday and it works just as good now as it did when it was brand new. I make a smoothie every morning and they are always so creamy. My favorite feature of the blender is that it has a salsa button. I am addicted to homemade salsa and this blender gets it to just the right consistency, like the kind you get at restaurants. I have had other blenders in the past that couldn't or wouldn't do ice and this one does it without any problems. It has two speeds, hi and low, which is a great feature. Another plus about the GE Blender is that clean up is so easy. I just take all the pieces apart and pop them into the dishwasher. This blender is very sturdy. There is no moving or bouncing around on the counter. I am very comfortable turning it on and moving on to something else in the kitchen for a minute unlike others where I always had my hand and eyes on it. When the day comes that this one gives out I will absolutely purchase another GE Multi Speed.

I got this as a Christmas gift, and really like it. Although, it can be a little confusing to learn all the features to it. It has a digital screen, and has special buttons for drinks, etc. It also has a timer to time blend things to the right amount. Also it has many types of way to blend, grate, puree, liquify, etc. I am not an expert at blending, so it will take some time to learn about all these extra features, but I love having all the extra features to try and use on new recipes. It's a great tool for making smoothies, shakes, and more for myself or friends. My family and myself are all excited to try new recipes. I'd reccomend this product to anyone interested in learning new things and recipes to make. It isn't too expensive either, which is a great plus. I plan to try and use it for learning how to make homemade babyfood as well. I am glad I got this, and can't wait to use it for wonderful and great tasting drinks and other recipes!

I have had this blender for about a year, and I LOVE IT!! Love that it didn't cost and arm and a leg. In the beginning we didn't use it a whole lot, just in the summer for shakes. Now I use it every day! Love the recipe booklet that came with the blender as well. Lots of good recipes.
