The interest rate on Old Navy's card is not at all high in my opinion and I love that it comes with so many benefits. Firstly, I already love shopping at Old Navy as it is being that they give you cash back to use towards future purchase for every $25 spent. With the Old Navy card you also get cash back for I believe every 500 points or something like that that is earned through shopping. Also, although Old Navy always has a lot of great sales and little perks anyway, you also get a lot of sales and discount offers for being a cardholder as well, and sometimes the discounts are stackable with other sales they have going on, meaning you can use the discount on top of whatever other sales they already have going at the time. It's a really great card if you want to save money in the long run

My husband and I have this card and use it when we need to get our son school clothes. Nothing too special to have, just your typical credit card. Often times there will be rewards that we earn for our purchases but nothing major as of yet.

I have an Old Navy card and I do not use it very often. I do not like to put purchases on a credit card because I do not want to pay interest. I also feel as though you tend to spend more when you know you are going to use a credit card. The nice option about this card is that you can use it at different retailers like gap, for example. If I received more coupons to shop at Old Navy I might use my card more. If there is no incentive to use the card I am not going to use it. On the other hand, it is way to tempting to place a purchase on the credit card as you tend to spend more than what you might have wanted to. Customer Service I had my purse stolen a few years ago and my Old Navy card was in my wallet. It was very easy and hassle free to deactivate my card and open a new account. There were no hoops to go through and I had a new card in a week's time. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and understanding. She made the process move quickly so I could move on to calling other credit cards companies. Available Rates The Old Navy card has similar rates to other retailers. They want you to use the card so they can gain the money in interested. This is why I do not like to use credit cards to make purchases.

The GE Capital Retail Bank - Old Navy Credit Card is one of the fastest ways to accumulate store rewards. I initially opened this credit card because of the promotional offer where I could earn $40 in Old Navy rewards just by opening a store credit card. My rewards arrived right along with my credit card and I was able to use these to purchase several nice clothing items. The feature that I like the best about this credit card is how quickly the rewards accumulate. I often receive promotions in the mail that provide 2x or 3x the rewards points for purchases that are made that are not at Old Navy (or the Old Navy family of stores). I put my monthly household purchases like groceries, gas, and household items on my Old Navy credit card and accumulate store rewards at a very fast pace. I love that the Old Navy rewards can be applied with up to two coupons at the register. Overall, I am very impressed with this credit card. I use the rewards to keep my wardrobe and my children's wardrobes updated for very little money out of pocket.

I love this card! I use it a lot for large purchases so that I can get extra to spend at Old Navy. I also use it to get special members only deals at Old Navy like their "stuff and save" sales. I would recommend this card to anyone that enjoys shopping at Old Navy and their sister stores. I have saved a lot of money with it. Though for me the fastest way to save money is to use it everywhere and not just at Old Navy stores. Customer Service One of my favorite things about this card is that if you forget to grab it before you shop at Old Navy or Gap the associates can look up the card and print you a temporary shopping pass. This is so helpful and so convenient. Their website is also super convenient for printing your rewards and paying your bill Available Rates This card doesn't have an annual fee so that is a huge plus! And I pay off my balance each month so I don't have to worry about paying interest which is good since it is pretty high on this card.

I had an GE Capital Retail Bank - Old Navy Credit Card for a few years, but I did not always use it. I used to shop at Old Navy stores a lot and pay using GE Capital Retail Bank - Old Navy Credit Card, but for a while I stopped. I went away on vacation for 2 weeks, and when I came back I found a Old Navy bill of over $180. Keep in mind I did not even shop at any Old Navy stores in over a year. I called customer service and talked to a representative for over an hour. She told me that the bill was originally $18 but it hasn't been paid so it racked up to that amount because of all the late fees. I've never in the entire year received a bill or statement from them for me to know that I owe $18 on the card. I tried as much as I could to explain this to the representative that was helping me, and she tried as much as she could to get me to believe that I was the one at fault. I had to yell and get nasty with her because she was not helping me at all. After talking to her for 2 hours, the best she could do for me was bring down the bill to $58. I paid the amount and told her to cancel my GE Capital Retail Bank - Old Navy Credit Card. I told her that I will no longer need it because I didn't even use it for over a year and they robbed me out of money that they had no right to. After my experience with it, I just do not think GE Capital Retail Bank - Old Navy Credit Card is a good card for anyone to have.

I have three credit cards from GE Money. I have one from PayPal, Old Navy and Gap. All of the credit cards that I have with them have low rates and low minimum monthly payments. Any time that I have a problem, I can call the numbers on the back of the cards and get help in a timely and understandable manner. If I am late on a payment they have fees, but the fees are reasonable and the limits are reasonable as well. I can use the card online or in the store, and I can view and pay my bills all online. When I sign in to my account online, I can see all of the accounts I have with GE Money, and on one page I can see my minimum monthly payment, payment due date, credit limit and card balance. Their system is very accessible and easy to use and understand even for someone who may not know too much about using computers and online banking. I can also pay this credit card through my bank online because they make themselves accessible. I enjoy these cards.
