This dishwasher has great features including the ability to empty a large bottle of liquid dishwashing detergent in the unit for it to automatically dispense when run. This eliminates a step which is a great time saver. It also has racks with high spaces to dishwash large pots and pans. It's very quiet and does a great cleaning job!

This dishwasher was a serious upgrade for us so you can imagine where we were coming from.  I was pleasantly surprised.  I don't have to wash the dishes before I load them into here.  There is lots of room for big things as well as many small things.

I have had this machine for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. I had an older GE machine for over 15 years. While I still trust the GE make, I find the newer machine quieter and does a better job. I find the dishes are spotlessly clean and pretty much dry once the cycle has completely run through. This machine is a great help for a busy family that goes through a pile of dishes every day. It saves time and effort to clean plates with virtually no scraping or pre rinsing. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking to get a dishwasher. Just be sure not to overload the machine on either rack, so that the sprayer actually can get at the items you have placed on it. When I have a very large pile of dishes, I would rather run 2 loads than trying to over load the machine and then have to check each item that comes out. I would suspect that if I care for this machine, it should last me at least fifteen years. I also believe this newer model is more energy efficient than my older model. I really like the styling of this machine and the buttons are easy to operate. The choice of cycle is also an improvement from earlier models. A decent price for a powerful machine that will save you time and money.

When we started looking for dishwashers we always knew we wanted to get a GE. We have heard such great things about them and wanted to try it for ourself. We have had it for about 9 months now and have loved having it. Lately though it seems to start getting louder and louder the more we run it. I have little boys and a husband who use alot of dishes and a friend who loves with us so we are constantly doing dishes all the time. We run it everyday but after 9 months it shouldn't be making funny noises. Also if you don't dry out the place where you stick your soap then it doesn't open up and you have to then take the soap that was in there out and get it completely dry before you start it all over again. That has been happening since the first few months we bought it. I definently say you get what you pay for.

we purchase this dishwasher find it to be a high quality product.  This unit runs very quietly.  We were able to run it when we had company over and were in the same area without any bothersome noise.  Most of the time I would actually forget that it was running because I couldn't hear it.  We have not noticed any issues with this dishwasher and find it very easy to use.  I really enjoy all of the customizable settings available.  He installed this dishwasher himself with no issues.  The instructions were easy to follow and set up was fairly simple.  Overall, this is a great unit and we would purchase it again! We observe that the GLD7400R[WW] is part of the dishwasher test program at Consumer Reports...it was lab tests, dishwasher models like the GLD7400R[WW] are rated on multiple criteria, such as those listed below...This was tested  standard, full load clothes and it pass successfully. So it is perfect solution with cost effectiveness
