I really enjoyed this refrigerator. Having the freezer on the bottom for me was an amazing discovery. I got this one recently because our other one died. And I have found it to be wonderful. An overall good refrigerator. I like the freezer on the bottom because I use a wheelchair around my house. So having it on the bottom makes my life so much less complicated. Thank you for thinking of this. Noise Level This is fairly quiet. And has continued to stay quiet. Other refrigerators we have had in the past would wear and as time would go on they would become louder and louder. So far this one hasn't done that it has remained quiet which makes me very happy. Interior Organization I felt like it could probably be designed a little better for the interior but not too bad for working with a refrigerator. I have always felt it had plenty of room for all of our groceries and of course left overs and fruits and veggies. So for the most part I felt there is plenty of room to organize everything. I just felt like they could of done a little better in designing the door and all the things that need to be put there. Temperature Control This has seemed to be fairly consistant for me. We haven't seen a lot of fluxing in the temp in the refrigerator. We have not had to adjust the temp control at all since we purchased it. It was set in the middle range and remains there today without much change in the temp as a whole. Ease of Cleaning This for me was a homerun!!!! They designed it with ease for cleaning. I can take anything apart and put it back together and without any problems or having to have some help. With being in a wheelchair that means it must be very easy for your average person to take apart clean and put it back together Durability We haven't owned this very long but for the length of time we have it has been very durable. I am sure with the reputation GE has that it will continue to be durable for a reasonable length of time. Design I have loved this design. Having the freezer on the bottom and also just the simple design it is. Nothing to fancy and doing its job Just the way it should be.

This fridge has been a good, no-frills fridge for our family. Pros: The space inside is thoughtfully designed to be as efficient as possible. Shelves slide in and out, making space for tall items or short ones as needed, the door space is perfectly sized for four gallons of milk and plenty of condiments, the drawers are deep and roomy. I love having the fridge on top, and the freezer underneath. The drawers on the freezer glide in and out. It doesn't have anything too fancy or complicated; it's just a good, solid fridge. Cons: It's a bit noisy. The drawer rails that the produce drawers hang from are a little flimsy and have already broken. (The drawers still slide in and out; they're just a little more difficult to maneuver, and there's a gap between the shelf above and the drawers, making things like lettuce wilt more quickly.) When removing a gallon of milk from its place in the door, it's really easy to hit the butter shelf and knock it to the floor; we had to remove it because we kept hitting it.

When I became disabled we noticed that most of the every day things we use are in the fridge which was on the bottom and only went into the freezer maybe once a day. So I always found it difficult to bend down and get the milk, for example. So this product just fit the bill making my life easier Noise Level I hardly hear it running except at times when the compressor comes on. This is hardly noticeable though with all the noises going on in the house. Interior Organization It has enough compartments to organize everything. The produce, the lunch meat, butter, etc. I can find whatever I want easily with the see through compartments and with them being labeled I can ask my husband to get something and he knows where it is. Temperature Control Once you get it set right it is great. Keeping things old in the door is great for beverages. Ease of Cleaning The compartments come out easily to clean and since it is at the right height even I can do it. It doesn't get dirty very often, though, because everything is so organized that it is the odd spill that needs to be wiped up is easy especially if you get it right away. Durability I have already had to have it fixed once already Design Very well designed.
