I purchased the z-wave dimmer switch from GE to try to automate some of the things in my home theatre. I am so glad that I decided to do this. I recently bought the monster avl300 remote which has the capability to control z-wave devices. I installed two of these dimmer to control the lights. The installation was super easy. All i had to do was remove the old switch and install the dimmer switch. I like that the dimmer itself have a blue LED that lights up when the light is off. This makes it very convenient to find the switch when the lights are off. Integrating this into my remote was also very easy. The dimmer itself doesn't come with any instruction on how to do this so your remote should. Now when I want to switch from watching tv to watching a movie I don't have to get up to turn the lights down. I just click a few buttons on the remote and its time to watch the movie. Couldn't be happier with the GE z-wave dimmer switches.
