This is a good little dishwasher that I have been quite satisfied since I got it a few weeks ago. It does not have the greatest capacity, but its a lot better than other 24 inch washers. The silverware racks are in the front of the loading trays which is great for ease of throwing in forks and such as well as making the dishes sections seem larger. It does a great job of cleaning my dishes, getting everything clean even if I do no rinsing. I love the slots for knives and silverware, makes it appear very organized. The noise level is slightly noticeable at first, but after the beginning of the cycle is complete this thing is super quiet. Love that, as my previous washer was super loud. The only negative I have is that the door does not shut easily and I hate having to push really hard to get it to close. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this dishwasher! Noise Level Very quiet after the first few minutes.

This is the second GE dishwasher that I have owned and I can say that it is the better model of the two. The sound level, however, is louder than I consider it to need to be but it cleans fairly quickly and does a good job of cleaning the last spot off dishes. I also love the feature of the heated dry and the option to raise the temperature of the water used to wash the dishes. Another bonus is that you can load a lot of dishes into this machine. It is very neatly designed, in the sense that it allows for maximum loads of dishes per wash. There are two places in the machine for the knives, forks, and spoons--including big wooden spoons and thick steak knives. A downside to this machine is that it is not kid friendly, in terms of keeping it clean. It is stainless steel, which is stylish and modern, but it leaves spots and fingerprints if anything touches it. I have to clean the outside of the machine every other day to keep it looking clean.

I have had this dishwasher for two years now. I have no complaints except that even with the extra dry button on, the top rack always comes out dripping wet. I have to hand dry everything or put on a towel on the counter to air dry. I have contacted GE, but they tell me that all is well. Cleaning power is great! It is super quiet. Otherwise the only complaint I would make other than the top rack not drying is that along the bottom front it seems to accumulate soap scum and has to be wiped out after each use. I do have hard water in my home, but have a softening system, don't know if that is the culprit. But I did not have that problem with my previous dishwasher. Noise Level I love having this dishwasher. The sound level is not even noticeable. If you didn't hear the water draining through the sink pipes, you would not even know it is on. Super quiet! Cleaning Time Seems that this dishwasher takes much longer to clean a load than my previous dishwasher and I only use the normal settings. Loading Flexibility There is amply room to clean everything you need. The top is great for plastics, lids and glasses alike. The bottom has room for lots of dishes and bowls, but not great for pots. Performance Cleans perfectly well, but does not dry the top rack completely. Design Seems perfectly well designed. Durability I have only had this two years, but I have not had to make any service calls on it. Runs great so far!

Love the fact that the glasses come out so clean they sparkle. No cloudy or scratchy looking glasses from this machine. Noise Level A little noisy but so much less than the one it replaced. Got my moneys worth with this one. Cleaning Time Just load set and forget. It does the load in less then an hour depending on what you are having cleaned. Loading Flexibility I would never put my old antique bowls or my knives or even my pots and pans in this. I always wash those by hand, but the regular dishes fit very well and you have loads of room for every use. I only have to run this every few days for the 2 of us but everything comes out clean and sparkly. You may think I use that word too much, but with my old machine, everything had a haze on it after just a few times in the machine, that I could not scrub off. I love the sparkle. Performance Cleans very well, with no pre treatment, although I do pre rinse just because I let it sit for a few days to fill up before I run it. Design Easy to figure out what cycle to use for the load I have in it. Durability Been going strong for the time I have had it. Would buy again for the money and quality I got with this unit.

I am not a very big fan of GE appliances, so I am just putting that out there in the beginning. We moved into a new construction home and the builder has decided to put all GE appliances into the kitchen. Maybe because they are cheaper? I have no idea. But anyway, i wasnt expecting alot from this piece of equipment but it does the job. It has several options to choose from and i have used this on almost a daily basis since moving in and i have to say it does a good job of cleaning. I use the regular dishwasher tabs that are out there and my dishes always come out clean without a residue. So I don't have any complaints so far. It is very quiet so i like that, especially because my refrigerator is already noisy enough. i would go insane if all the appliances made noise all together. I havent tested out all the buttons on this. But i have no issues as logn as this does what its supposed to do and doesnt leave a residue or a smell or scratch any of my dishes and glasses. Only time will tell.
