Never would I buy from this company
This is the worst company ever!! They aren't on time for delivery nor do they send the flowers you bought with your hard earned money! The flowers looked horrible absolutely horrible.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement online for my daughter in law who just lost her mom to be delivered 2 days later. I asked her to send me a picture when she got them and I COULD NOT BELIEVE what I was seeing. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad that she got this garbage from From You Flowers. She said as she was carrying it in flowers were shriveled and dropping off the stems. There might have been 4-6 flowers in what looked like a small glass. I ordered a medium of this arrangement and MANY more flowers than that. I shot off a complaint email and supposedly I will get a refund .If I don't my cc said they will file a dispute for me. I sent a picture of what I ordered and 3 of the mess they delivered. NEVER ordering from them again and I will make sure I warn my friends. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to have flowers sent to my wife for her birthday. They showed that they were delivered and they never showed up and pretty much had it they don't care attitude when I called kind of wrecked my wife's birthday

Three days before a wake I ordered from this site for a funeral wreath that should have been fulfilled by a local florist near the funeral home. I gave all of the info the site required; funeral home, address, date time, my name & billing info and condolence card. YET!! What do they call me for? The "recipients" name!! ( nowhere on the site was this requested!)...OK. I tell them the name of the deceased. Again, again and again. Then they want my name again, again and again! Same representative every time! Not even exaggerating, was on the phone with their representative no less than 6 times, one of which same said rep actually hung up on us! While we were calling from the funeral home wondering what happened to our order! I need to repeat this! He hung up on me!!! I eventually was able to cancel the order. Embarrassed, horrified by the treatment and am hoping against hope that I am not billed for this fiasco! I would never ever recommend this site! And if you, like I, are looking to send sympathy flowers, call the funeral home and ask for a direct local recommendation.

I ordered the balloon bouquet with a teddy bear for my husband's birthday for 9/22/16. I got an email saying that it was delivered on 9/15/16! I emailed them and all they did was apologize. My husband thought it was funny but I didn't. The teddy bear was small and ugly too. I will NEVER order from these people again. DON'T USE THEM!

They failed to deliver sympathy flowers and didn't let me know until over a week later! I'm mortified and the customer service representative gave me the options of delivering late or cancelling. Couldn't speak with manager or owner.

Horrible experience. I ordered the flowers early in the afternoon to be delivered to my wife at our home by 6pm. First I was unhappy because there was an exorbitant ($15 in my opinion is ridiculous) "handling" fee that they don't tell you about till the very end of the ordering process. When I gave a bad review and complained I was told that it's "an industry standard" and that the reason they tack it on at the end is because it varies from place to place... still not a good reason not to disclose up front that they're gonna tack on a big fee, but whatever. I liked the fact that they responded, so I changed my bad review to an average one. Then I get home at 6:20 and the flowers aren't there. I get on the phone with them for an hour and am told that even though they didn't deliver my flowers I can't get a refund because I used my wife's credit card (which *I* pay every month) to pay for it. So they want me to go bug my wife over their screw up so they can verify our address? What if I had used my mother in law's card? Or a friend's? I finally gave up and bothered my wife to talk to them so she could give them information I knew (our address). Worst ordering experience ever. I will give this company bad reviews everywhere I can, and from the looks of it I won't be the only one. Horrible service, horrible company.

My husband order for Mother's Day never got them try to call was on hold for 30 minutes ones and second time 25 minutes didn't talk to anybody I send e-mail no respond. Don't waist your time on this site.

company answers right away FOR SALES, but they do NOT deliver. When you have problems the hold times are endless. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY
