Over 2 years ago my husband and I moved into the small house that he grew up in over 38 years ago.  It has been remodeled but, still small.  His Grandparents had the washer in their bedroom, thats how small it is.  Our delima was where on earth were we going to put a washer and dryer in this very small house. I refused to go to a laundromat or put the washer and dryer in our bedroom. Those days, for me, were long gone.  We read about stackable washers and dryers.  We thought it sounded good but ,we wanted to be able to wash more than 3 or 4 things at a time and,clean cloths are very important to us. We initially thought we wanted a Maytag until we started reading a lot of bad reviews.  We happened across a Frigidare  stackable.  I looked inside the dryer first and was so amazed at the size.  I was expecting something a lot smaller.  I next looked inside the washer and WOW was I surprised.  Both washer and dryer seem much larger than I had ever expected, they seem the size of a regular large capacity. It has all the controls I need and very easy to use.  It is quiet and very gentle. The price was very affordable..  We purcased it over 2 years ago. I do a lot of laundry and, it has never let me down. It handles large loads  as well as small loads very  efficiently  Cloths get clean, and the dryer dries as fast as any other dryer I've owned.  It fits perfectly in our small area and it was so easy to hook up where their had never been a washer or dryer before.  If I had a larger area I would still consider the Frigidare stackable washer and dryer.
