This is my first front load washer. It works great. It doesn't seem to hold as much as what I could put in our top loader. Also, you don't have to use much soap. Energy Efficiency It seems to take less water then a top load machine. Cleaning Time I run a cycle for approximately 30 minutes and the clothes come out clean every time. Performance I have only had a problem once when I put the bath mat in. It did not spin properly so everything was still soaked when I brought it out. Ease of Use Very easy to operate. The push button front walks you thru the cycles, water temperature and spin choices. Design Very nice design. I am not real crazy that I have to keep the door open at all times, but if I don't it starts to smell musty. Durability I feel we will get a good 7-10 years with this washer.
