Everyone knows that Frigidaire is no Samsung, GE, or even a LG but they are very efficient machines. We bought this specific dishwasher due to it being on sale and well below the price of other competitors. We were not expecting too much from it but we were pleasantly surprised. It is very quiet when running and the size is pretty much standard as other dish washers. My wife loves the different cycles available and I love that it is cost effective. It is hard to say about its water or electric consumption as we bought it about a month ago. The look is sleek being stainless steel and we have already got compliments from visitors. We hope it is long lasting bu only time will tell. Noise Level Its very quiet when fully loaded. We usually run it at night. Design It has a very modern look and have got multiple compliments on it. It is easy to clean the outside stainless steel with wipes. Durability We bought it about a month ago but thus far we have had no issues with it what so ever.

When our old dishwasher died, we were excited to update the kitchen with a stainless one. This Frigidaire built-in has a beautiful finish which, unlike others, doesn't show fingerprints and smudges. This feature is perfect for anyone, but especially families with young children like ours! We have loved several things about this model. The keypad location on the top of the door prevents my children from pushing buttons for fun, which is perfect and has probably saved us a lot of repairs! It is completely hidden when the dishwasher is closed. There are many setting options, for washing, drying, and energy saving, which allows you to customize each washing cycle to your needs. I especially really love that you can preset the dishwasher to run at a certain time (up to 24 hours later). Since I don't like to have it running at night or when I'm away from home, this feature comes in handy quite often. It is also very quiet when it is running. There are a few cons we have experienced. It has leaked about 3 times so far (1 year), which is inconvenient, but I believe that loading it more properly is the key. There is also some yucky black residue left on the bottom near where the door opens that I have to wipe out, which I've never seen happen with a dishwasher before. Despite it's faults, this is a good dishwasher, and it does a great job washing our dishes!

I recently bought this dishwasher and so far I am very very pleased with it. I love the fact that you can barely hear it running. I had a Whirlpool before that I couldn't run until bedtime because it was so loud. The dishes come out very clean and the inside is designed so much better than they used to be. I would highly recommend this dishwasher if you are in the market for a new one.

The Frigidaire Built-in Dishwasher does a great job washing dishes. I hate pre-rinsing and do very little of it, but the dishes come clean 99% of the time. It gets very hot, and I know the dishes are sanitized. I also love the stainless look! Be careful to put only dishwasher-safe items in it. I have melted a few items in it that I used to wash in my old dishwasher. Noise Level I hear it, but it's not nearly as loud as my old one. Cleaning Time It takes a very long time to clean, but it does a good job, so I don't mind. Loading Flexibility I can load many things in many ways. Performance Gets dishes very clean! Design Love the look! Durability It has worked well in the year that I've had it.

Before this dishwasher, we had an older model frigidaire, and it was very plain jane. So, first understand that this new dishwasher is a huge upgrade from what we had. With that said, we've had this model for about three months now, and so far we're loving it. First of all, it's beautiful, with a no-fingerprints stainless steel and its digital controls on the top of the drawer, hidden under the countertops. It's very modern and sleek. The frigidaire comes with many options, more than I even knew existed. It has three washers inside, allowing it to wash only one rack at a time in order to save water on washing smaller loads. It also has a delay start option, a sanitizing option, and various drying options, as well. Inside, the material is plastic. Even though the inside is not made of metal, as some of the more expensive dishwashers, the plastic in this model seems to be much stronger and more durable than the plastic on our older dishwasher. Finally, it's quiet. Our older model sounded like an airplane landing, but this one is quiet as a whisper. Overall, this is a great dishwasher without having to pay an extraordinary amount of money.

I had a cheaper Kenmore that broke but I was happy with its abilities. I decided to upgrade and replace all my appliances with stailess. I bought a beatiful Electrolux range and figured the dishwasher was made by frigidaire which is owned by electrolux so it would be good. IT WASNT! This thing sucks. It has an awkward basket design which I have nothing but trouble trying to figure out my dish arrangement just for starters. It does a terrible job of cleaning. Even the drinking glasses sometimes have gunk and film and these were semi clean only used for pop glasses. They come out worse than they went in sometimes. You always have to use the highest settings to even get a chance of something coming out clean. I cant even imagine what kind of crappy job it would do on the lesser settings. Its only six monthes old and now its making a noisy grindingy noise through most of its cycle. Do yourself a favor and buy a cheaper brand. You might get some clean dishes. This thing has got to be the worst piece of crap on the planet.....But it looks nice!

Purchased this allegedly quiet dishwasher in Feb 2010 and after a few operations it began to make a loud noise during wash cycles. Service company responded several times replacing the motor components, noise continued even after the  computer board was replaced. After several letters and telephone conversations with a Frigidaire's representatives a new dishwasher was installed. After several operations the same noise was heard from the new dishwasher. I can only assume that Frigidaire is a product that they know is defective.

Before now my dishwasher consisted of me and my dish rags. But since purchasing a Frigidaire I don't know how I ever lived without it. I have had no problems out of it and the price for it was very reasonable compared to other brands. It has many different settings including one for pots and pans, which is awesome. Everytime I have used it my dishes are super clean whenever I unload it. They are always completely dry. many people say that their dishwashers do not dry their dishes that well so that is one thing that I was worried about. I wish that everyone would try a Fridgidaire dishwasher no matter what the model. If this one doesn't last forever (which so far so good) then my next dishwasher will definately be a Frigidaire. Also it is backed by a very nice warranty and I contacted them just to give them a compliment. So again I LOVE my frigidaire dishwasher and I would definately recommend it to EVERYONE.

This dishwasher is so quiet. The whole Frigidaire Professional series is just fantastic. I love all my new appliances. Most of all my dishwasher. It is quiet, high powered, washes the dishes well with no spots and makes it look like they were handwashed by you. I like the delay settings so that I can run it or program to run it at different hours of the day. It is very convinent for a busy household, especially like mine. The temperature gets high enough to wash the dirtiest of dishes with no spots or residue. It is worlds different than my previous Whirlpool dishwasher, will never buy one of those again. I will stick to all Frigidaire products from now on.

I've had my new Frigidaire since November 2009 and I love it!  FINALLY I don't have to pre-rinse my dishes! I returned from a trip and discovered hubby had served pasta to guests the previous night. Whomever loaded the dishwasher must also have a great dishwasher b/c I'm not sure the dishes were even scraped, much less rinsed. Pasta and sauce was stuck to everything. I never expected clean dishes but at least I thought I'd start with cleanER ones. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to sparkling clean everything! I almost always use the basic setting but I really like having the 2 sanitizing settings (1 wash, 1 dry) if someone is sick. There is a heavy duty setting for pots and pans but I find they are clean using the normal setting. Each row folds so I can customize the bottom rack to fit any pot.  A favorite feature is the clips in the top rack to hold plastic pieces in place so they don't turn over during the wash. I hate opening the door and finding a bowl full of dirty water! I also like the large utensil slotted rack (removable) as it holds knives in place above cups providing extra room. The stemware holder is also nice. The silverware baskets are very roomy and will accomodate jar lids.   I particularly enjoy the message that the dishes are clean when I open the door.  No more wondering did I or didn't I?  This one is EXTREMELY QUIET so you really wouldn't know! We have an open floor plan and the dishwasher runs while we watch TV w/o interference. You can also program the cycle to run at a later time. There are functions to wash just the top or bottom rack and just to rinse if there's not a full load but it's a smelly or sticky dinner that needs attention before you're ready to wash. I wasn't a fan of stainless steel until it was installed. Now I wouldn't have anything else. This is "real" stainless so it's very easy to keep clean. Nothing special needed. YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT!!
