We bought this microwave to replace one that had broken. The model that had broken had been discontinued. I specifically went looking for the Silver Mist color so that it would match our other 3 appliances of this color. However, when it was installed it is NOT the same color as our other appliances. It also has the most annoying beep when it's done and the worst part is the beep doesn't stop when you open/close the microwave or if you press the STOP button.

I admit I chose this microwave because it is pretty. We had just moved into our new home and had to replace a nasty, nasty microwave. I knew we would eventually need to replace all the appliances, so I did briefly review the various brands for all four main appliances, but I kept coming back to the cool curved handles. Good thing the Frigidaire Gallery is not just a pretty microwave, but a pretty awesome cooker too. I have now had it 18 months and never have had an issue with it. It cooks great, it is easy to clean, and the features are nice. I like that I do not have to pull out the manual every time I need change the time, defrost a new type of meat, or use any of the multitude of features. It is very user-friendly. The fan is strong and I use the light as a night light for those middle of the runs to the kitchen.

We got this microwave through a package deal from HH Gregg, meaning we got the fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave all in one package. So far we are happy with all of the appliances. We have had the microwave for a few months now, and we have been impressed with its ease of use, its beauty, and its broad range of functions. As for its looks, the Frigidaire uses a magnificent no-fingerprint stainless steel, which gives the microwave, and the rest of the appliances, a sleek, modern look without looking cheap, as some stainless steel appliances do. As for its ease of use, the microwave utilizes a number of quick-button features that allow the user to operate it very quickly, including one-touch time-set buttons. It's also very easy to learn to use these features. Size-wise, this microwave is large enough for personal pizzas, which should give you some idea of its capacity. Overall, this is a great microwave, and the price won't break the bank. As or cons, we really can't think of any.
