I have been using this toner for about a year and there is nothing like it! What makes this toner special is that it is alcohol free and a fine blend of floral waters. It contains no sulfates, synthetic fragrances or dyes, gmos, triclosan, pthalates. It completely hydrates your skin and makes it soft and plump in a nice way! For me, I've found, just using the toner on very dry skin seems to moisturize it, and a moisturize on top makes it absolutely perfect. The toner is not smelly, sticky, greasy - as some others from nice brands I have tried were. This product is available at Fresh.com, Fresh stores, or other outlets that carry Fresh.
