Getting creative
I recently planned an awesome trip for me and my husband recently. FloristExpress.com was right along for the ride. I was able to use the site to find exactly what I needed. I was slightly disappointed that they didn't have live chat because I had so many questions but, even so, I was able to call up the customer service center and receive prompt assistance. It was really cool how I was able to have them on the phone while I was also online and have them answer all my questions and guide me through the process as well. I set it up to have the basket delivered to a hotel, they went above and beyond my expectations. The shopping was easy although I wish they had more to choose from as far as food and edible items go. The basket that I chose was of high quality and moderately inexpensive. Their overall prices on their bouquets are slightly above their competitors average price. I think their main competitive edge is that they have the ability to deliver certain bouquets on the same day that the order is placed. The basket we received was consistent with the way it appeared on the website. The fruit was lush and fresh. It had a healthy color to it and was ripe and delicious. The chocolate was fresh and delicious and so was the jam and the grapes. The tea pot was awesome and we got to have a cool relaxing breakfast in bed. Product Selection Needs a better variety of edible products. Product Pricing decent, not great
