This is almost more than I needed to know but it is fascinating and more than that gives everything you can imagine about air travel. If you are traveling with children I would think that this would be great for them. Just choose the info that you think they could understand and you just might create a new interest for them. Ease of Use This is a fun site and I found I could spend a lot of time looking up things about a upcoming flight. You can use your IPhones, Pads, and Android to check these out. sure would be more interesting that sitting there doing nothing. Features This sight give a overview of the airport, tells departure and arrivals, tells the weather at the airports and even shows a guide to the airport terminals. I have needed that on several occasions. They do offer a spin off site to buy tickets but it was not helpful. Customer Service You can even look up delayed flights and see what is happening.

I learned about this website recently when I was complaining about a flight getting delayed. A friend told me about it and I gave it a try. Now I use it every time I travel. This website provides a quick way to keep track of your flight and if it is on time. It also lets you check weather patterns to see if you could be facing a delay in other cities. While you can also check some of this through your airline website, I have found it is quicker and easier to use this website. It involves less steps and they provide quick results. I would definitely recommend trying this website if you are traveling anytime soon. It has saved me a lot of time and headaches when it comes to knowing about delayed flights. Ease of Use I think this website is easier to use than checking your flight on the airline website. You can search using your flight number and it pulls up information really quickly. If you or someone you know is traveling by air, you need to use this website. I've found it to be the most reliable source of information for anything related to flights and airports. The headers are for flights, airports, airlines, delays and my flights. These make it extremely easy to navigate to the area of the site that you are looking for. There is a national map showing delays (or lack thereof) at the major airports. The only thing that I don't like about this page is that the ads take up a considerable amount of space on the page. More then a quarter of the page is taken up by ads on the right hand side. If you have a smaller monitor, it can make the actual content difficult to read. Ease of Use This site is very easy to use. I like that you don't necessairly need to have someone's flight number to track their flight, you can just search by airline and city to find the flight's status. This is probably the easiest way to check on the status of flights quickly. Features The features on this site are incredible. You can check the status of flights, track where the flights are, check what (if any) delays are at various airports and even check out user reviews of each airport. I like that it includes an on time performance rating. Something great to check out if you have a choice of your airline options on yoru next trip.

FlightStats.com is a necessity for anyone who flies frequently! This website allows you to check the flight status, availability, and schedules. You are able to check specific airport arrival and departure times, the weather, and a general overview of the airport. You can even look at overviews of specific airlines. They even offer applications for Android or iPhone. This is great if you are tracking your own flight information or the flight of another person. Using this website is much more convenient than having to go look at the flight board and try to find your flight. You can simply pull it up on your laptop, tablet, or phone and find the information regarding your flight. There is no standing in lines or having to contact the airport staff with questions. This is SUCH a convenient website. It makes everything so much more convenient when you are dealing with airports or flights. I am so glad somebody created this website! I absolutely love this flight. Have you ever been sitting at an airport and suddenly you heard the dreaded announcement that your flight is delayed? The first question that pop into my head is why? Look no further because Flight Stats has your answer. You type in the flight number and you are able to see the whole flight history of that number that day. You can see all the destinations it has gone to and where it is scheduled to go. You can see if it was delayed, on time, or ahead of time. If delayed you can see why: i.e. weather, mechanical issues, etc. You can also check the current weather and flight conditions of your area or the area you are heading to. I also use it to track other people's flights when they are coming to visit or I want to make sure they have arrived at their destination safely. It's extremely nice to use when you need to pick someone up at the airport. You are able to check if the flight is on time and the actual (versus scheduled) landing time. This make it easier to know when to leave to go get them and to predict how long you will be waiting for them. If it is an international flight, I look up how many international flights get in at the same time so I can see if there will be a long wait at customs for the person I am picking up. This site is extremely helpful for many people and I highly recommend it.

Now we have the answer to many questions when we plan a trip.  Especially LINES! TSA is bad a certain times, such as CLE for CO flights at gates C & D.  So between 2-7PM is the 27 people in front of you time.  So we arrive at Noon and 3 people are there.  Much nicer time passing thru security, then we get a meal & relax before the flight. Check, on the laptop, the arrival for the airport we fly into.  You can see the plane colors to see if on schedule or delayed & how long. This way you are ready to play solitare for an hour with another beverage.  If longer due to bad weather, then get out the DVD to watch while you circle. So join me in thanking the creator who has given us a great site to take care of problems with travel.
