My acid-reflux son loves this thing. If he's not in my arms, he's in the bouncer. With the exception of tummy-time and sleeping, my 5 month old spends his days in this bouncer. He has acid-reflux, and in his early days, this bouncer was the only thing that helped kee me sane. It's the perfect incline to help his acid to keep from coming up, and when he kicks his legs, the soft bouncing seems to soothe him. Now that he's getting older, he bounces it so hard that the bouncer starts creeping around the hardwood floor. If you stairs or a step, make sure your 5 month old doesn't have access to it when he's in the bouncer. Mine has been known to "bounce" his way across the living room hardwood floor. He loves swatting at the hanging animals and remains entertained for almost an hour or so when he's in his bouncer. He also gets a kick out of seeing how hard he can bounce it. Make sure to buckle your little one in, as particularly hard bouncing may make your baby bounce his way forward and out of the seat!

I love this bouncer.  It is very simple but my daughter loves it.  She sits in it well for most of the day and has lots of happy alert time in it.  She loves the little elephants and sits and smiles at them.  The vibration stays on a long time and the batteries last quite a while.  So far, so good!!  The only thing is that it does not play music but that really hasn't caused any problem.  Also, it's lightweight so it's easy to move around, and the toy bar snaps in and out easily.

I purchased this bouncer for my third child and my first boy and absolutely love it! The colors go well with any theme and Im not ashamed to set this bouncer in my living room when guests come over unlike many too bright and unsightly baby products. Its also a life saver when I need to get something done, I can set baby in there and he is satisfied for hours.

We originally bought the Fisher Price Ocean bouncer for my son, and he liked being in the boucy seat if we had to put him down.  We decided to buy a second bouncer to leave upstairs instead of having to bring it up and down the stairs with us.  I didn't want to spend as much on a second one, figuring we probably wouldn't be using it too much anyways. My son LOVED this one, way more than the Ocean one.  He really liked the plush toys (the plastic ones on the other seemed to annoy him)  I really liked that when he was a bit older, I could take the individual toys off for him.  The vibrate part worked as well as any other bouncer we used.  It definitely had a longer battery life than the ocean one, probably because there was no music and bubbles. I would totally get this bouncer again if I had another baby.  It was one of the best things we had for him, and for the cost, couldn't be beat.  Take a look at this one before you buy the more expensive alternatives.

This  bouncer has gotten a lot of use so far.  Mine has a different overhead bar which includes hard plastic monkey and lion at the top, otherwise it's the same safari bouncer.  It's nice because I just discovered that you can put batteries in the top of mine and pull the middle toy and it will play songs or make animal noises, which my baby really enjoys.  Other than the music, the bouncer also a "calming vibrations" feature.  My baby is pretty neutral about this.  Sometimes she likes it, sometimes it makes no difference.  A lot of people I know who have babies really like it though.  For us, it's just a nice little baby seat to put the baby in when we can't hold her but need her close by.  She likes to interaction with the animals hanging down and bounce in it.  The bouncer comes with a small seat belt that goes in between the legs and around the belly and has a nice bottom to sit on (unlike some bouncers that sustain the baby strictly through the belt between the legs.)  Looks comfy for baby!

We survived the first few months of our new baby with this kind of bouncy seat.  It was so soothing and comfortable for him.   When nothing else would comfort him he seemed comfortable in the seat.  Especially after eating it helped to have him in a more upright position instead of laying him down.   As he grew he really enjoyed looking at the animals and did not seem to tire of them.   Now he is reaching for them and playing with them all the time.   A bouncy seat is a must, in my opinion, for a new baby and this one is great.   Would make a nice baby shower gift for a new mom. The neutral colors are a plus and can fit into most decorated areas without being distracting.  The quality is good, and can even be passed down for another baby.   A great investment for a happy baby!   We will definitely save ours for the next baby!

My first son was a very fussy baby. When he hated the swing we had, the bassinet... basically anything besides sleeping in my arms I was at my breaking point. When he was a month old I bought this bouncer on a whim. Hands down, it's the best baby purchase I ever made! He absolutely adored being in the seat- both awake and asleep. In fact, it's basically the only place he would sleep, other than in my arms, until he was eight months old! The vibrations helped lull him to sleep and keep him that way. It runs on batteries, and we did use LOTS of batteries, but it was totally worth it. It reclines just enough that he was totally comfortable. When he was awake in it he loved to bat at and grab the plush animal toys. When he outgrew it I was VERY sad. My second baby is using it now, and while he isn't as in love with it, he's a very easy baby in general and happy pretty much anywhere. We keep it in the master bathroom/bedroom so I have a safe place to put him while I shower and/or get ready in the morning.
