We have used this play gym with two kids so far and we have loved this play mat. The play discovery gym has bright colors that attract the attention of our babies. I also like how this play mat is padded for I can put it in the kitchen and put my baby on it and I don't have to worry about them being on such a hard floor. The mat is also great for tummy time for it has some different textures for the baby to explore. Like the crinkly tree or the felt flower. Their are also hooks on the floor mat so you can put toys on it and when the baby is on tummy time they can play with the toys as well. The dog that plays music is nice for you can turn the sound down, play it with lights or without, have it play one song and stop, and you can push on the ears for classical or songs with words. This is great for my baby can play on the mat and my toddler plays with all of the switches on the dog. The mirror on the dog is nice for I have seen it attract the attention of my babies as well. The other toys this mat comes with are great and the hooks are just right to hang toys from. I also like how easy this toy is to fold up and put out of the way whe not in use. This toy, once put together though is a little difficult to store once the baby out grows it.
