ordered the 6pack of sausage and cheese. When it didn't come, I called customer service and they said the order was cancelled even tho I had a confirmation number. So I had to reorder and today I got the second shipment. I really did not plan on ordering 2 6packs. Obviously the first order was not cancelled as they said. I should not have to pay for the 2nd one.

If I could give figis negative 10 stars I would! Do not waste your time or money on this place. I ordered presents for my family, on 12/13, paid in full and now, 3 days later they have no record of my order. After spending an hour and a half shuffled back and forth and disconnected twice, I have to face the facts that my family will not get any gifts in time for Christmas. I even screenshotted my order confirmation because I have had issues in the past, and apparently that number literally means NOTHING!!!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY! WHAT A JOKE! I have never dealt with any company or any customer service that is as bad as this one. Hung up on, transferred back and forth and disconnected over and over. Steer clear, because I guarantee you that you WILL DEFFINATELY BE DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED. FOR SURE YOUR FAMILY WILL BE!!!!

Figis DID NOT FOLLOW PRIVACY & SECURITY guidelines! This company allowed a random person to open an account using my address and purchase product! Figis ran a credit check on me with ONLY my address and it was obvious the name given was not associated with my credit. Now, Figis is harassing me to make payment on a Fraudulent account.

My husband ate the sausage and I ate the cheese. He didn't think there was anything unique about the meat; just average flavor. The cheese was good for what it was, but I would have preferred something more flavorful, such as a pepper jack. If you are going out of your way to order snacks through the mail, it should be something interesting, not just "regular faire".
