The handle fell off of the sereded knife a few weeks after we got them, and I have noticed that the morning the blades scratches off pretty easily. Otherwise, the knives are a great product and we have been using them for iver two years now!

I bought a Farberware set that included a cutting board and this paring knife. I have another paring knife made my Kuhn Rikon, but I like this one better because the handle is soft and more comfortable to hold. Comfort This knife has a handle that has some kind of smooth, rubber-like coating on it, making it very comfortable to hold. Performance I mainly use this paring knife for cutting up fruit for my kids or removing the stems/leaves off strawberries. The blade is super sharp and cuts cleanly and smoothly. Durability I don't know if I'm supposed to, but I wash this in the dishwasher and it's just fine. Everything about this knife appears to be high-quality and very durable. Design The handle is my favorite part of this knife. If I could, I would have a whole cutlery set with this type of soft handle.
