I live in Florida and searched the movie theatre I wanted in palm beach gardens then picked my movie, my time, and my seat and purchased the tickets. When I got to the theatre they told me my tickets were in Milwaukee, Wi! I had a line of people behind me and had to by tickets again to get in. When I called after the very rude person from fandango told me there were no refunds after the movie and it was not there fault I didn't call for a refund before the movie. The only way I could get a credit was if I joined their VIP program. Why in the world would I want to sign up for a program that reroutes me to another state and then requires me to immediately call for a refund or exchange or I won't get one. And I get to pay an extra fee for this hassle? No thanks I will call the theaters they know where they are located. This was a horrible experience and customer service was none. Don't waste your money we all work too hard for it.
