Worst Experience Ever
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I purchased 2 hats on October 18, 2016. 37 days later, the hats still had not arrived, even after numerous complaints. Each time I was told they were having "system" problems. In reality, I suspect they use the drop ship method of "merchandising" and actually have no idea of quantities on hand with their suppliers. I was originally charged $51.94 as soon as I placed the order. However, the order still showed "submitted" on their website even 37 days later. I complained several times and was eventually refunded $15.59 after about two weeks but still no hats. Eventually, after 37 days, they finally sent me an email stating that the hats were not available. They offered to refund me $14.71 for one hat and $6.05 for the other, but this doesn't add up. I will do the math for them: $51.94 - original price. Attempted refunds $15.59 plus $14.71 plus $6.05 equals $36.35 (not $51.94). Where is the other $15.59? To be fair, they also offered me two $10 discounts for my next order, but I just want my original $$$$ back. I would NEVER do business with this pitiful company again anyway.
