THE WORST FLORIST EVER

My cousin ordered flowers for Valentines Day for a new relationship he was in and was really looking forward to surprising her. He called FTD all day today on Valentines Day trying to find out when his delivery will be. No one available all day and at 9:00 at night he gave up. He called to call her and tell her that she was to be expecting a delivery bur had no idea when it would arrive. Basically ruined the surprise. When he called and talked to the sales department they informed him that "We can not guarantee any delivery today or tonight." I have never heard of such a thing. They ruined his Valentines Day. I will never use this florist and warn all others.

Horrible Customer Servcie - Do Not Use FTD!

Worst customer service ever! FTD is giving Comcast a run for their money for having the worst customer service. Overseas call center told me my order was cancelled with no explanation and then hung up on me. I called back and talked to another agent who told me that everything was fine with my order and it was set for delivery on 5/14. I find out today that the flowers were delivered on 5/8 instead of 5/14 (and I paid extra for Sunday delivery) and that they were delivered to my mother's neighbor as she was out of town. I called back today and spoke with another overseas call center agent who again told me that the order was cancelled. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she refused to transfer my call. After waiting on hold for several minutes, the agent hung up on me. I called back again and asked to speak to a manger or supervisor and the agent refused to transfer me to anyone. That agent told me that he could assist me, but did nothing to help. When I asked him for his name and employee number so that I could file a complaint I was hung up on again. I tried to leave a review on FTD's Facebook page, but the site is not set up for that. So I left this review in the comments of FTDs posts. They have now blocked me from their site instead of addressing the issue. I will not use FTD in the future.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday. They never arrived. Had I read the reviews prior to ordering, I never would have entrusted FTD with my mother's surprise. Many, many complaints involve a failure to deliver.

I ordered flowers for someone who is very sick in the hospital and paid for ONE DAY DELIVERY! The recipient never received the flowers till ONE WEEK LATER. I had to call every two days to complain that they never received the flowers that I paid for. FTD Company not only does not value their customers but there customers loved ones. WHAT A HORRIBLE UNRELIABLE COMPANY. A Big thank you to Pro-Flowers for keeping me updated on my delivery and getting it there EXACTLY ON TIME to someone who could use some cheering up!!

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Paid extra for morning delivery. They didn't come until the next day and were damaged by UPS. Got someone from India on the phone could barely understand him. They will only refund the cost of the flowers which weren't what I ordered at all and were damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM FTD !!!!! .

Sent flowers to my mom on her 61st wedding anniversary, my dad died September so wanted to let her know the day was remembered. Unfortunately flowers never arrived. I emailed once and called 3 times with no satisfactory result. On the 3rd phone call I was offered a 'free' upgrade because the flowers would be delivered a day LATE. Needless to say I cancelled the order, a day late will not work. What really bothers me is that I emailed in the morning to check the status and was told someone would get back to me regarding the delivery, never heard from anyone. Can't express my absolute disappointment in FTD, it's been a tough time for my family and they have added to the pain. Never again will I use FTD. Honestly I would give them -1 stars if I could.

FTD messed up! I put in a complaint, they confirmed receipt of my complaint and told me they would follow up; however they never followed up. Actually contacted them twice - as I say, mistakes happen, people get busy, reminders are okay - but not responding is a business sin! Keeping the short - Mother's Day, flowers sent from son to mother. Mother received a plant - it was a nice plant and that's why I gave two stars instead of one. Mother reads lovely card from son and it is signed "Kathy". Our son's name is not Kathy! I, the husband, did not want our son to know we got the wrong gift so I thought I would handle it myself. That's when I contacted customer service; they replied stating that they would get back to me; they never replied. I have now read other reviews and it seems like FTD screws up a lot! I have no reason to utilize them nor recommend them to anyone.

I WILL NEVER EVER USE FTD AGAIN, NOT ONLY DID I ORDER 2 FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS I ORDERED 2 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, TO BE DELIVERED BY 2pm. NEITHER DELIVERED, I WAS TOLD 1 WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 4PM, WELL ITS 4:41 STILL NO DELIVERY, THE OTHER ARRANGEMENT I WAS TOLD WILL BE DELIVERED TOMORROW BUT IS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY, IM DISGUSTED WITH FTD AND WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND AGAIN, BOTH FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS WERE GOING TO THE SAME LOCATION.....

I never got my flowers and spent 3 hours trying to, and was only offered a refund or the flowers-4 days late:( super bummed and then got hung up on while trying to get it taken care of.

Placed an order well in advance of Mother's Day, they emailed the day of delivery that the vase was not available. I called cs person was hard to understand so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for 27 minutes. I agreed to a vase substitution but then found out the delivery was made a day late. I followed up with a call again and was told a supervisor would call me back. My issues have not been resolved. Wrong vase, late delivery, horrible customer service. Good Luck dealing with FTD.
