Suprisingly good, for being so healthy

My family has been using Ezekiel breads and tortillas for a few months now. They seem to be very healthy, especially with the lack of preservatives. This bread is relatively flavorful, and keeps well as long as it is in the freezer. My one complaint is that the pieces of bread often break apart because they are too frozen (and they go bad very fast if they are not frozen). I've had a lot better tasting bread, but I don't think I've had such good-tasting healthy bread anywhere else.

Great alternative to traditional bread

When my son was starting to experience digestive problems his pediatrician suggested trying Ezekial bread. She told us the history of the bread and that it was based on the directions in the book of Ezekiel for making bread. We thought we would try it and we were pleasantly pleased. This is a sprouted wheat bread meaning that the grain was sprouted before being made into a flour. Because it is sprouted there are more nutrients made available to the body during digestion. We liked the bread. It has a earthy, nutty flavor and is a bit coarse. Similar to a traditional whole wheat, this is a heavier bread that will hold up against meats, cheese and dressings. We found it to be easier to digest though it did have a good bit of fiber. Give it a try if for no other reason than to add variety to your diet.

Wholesome, Healthy, and Delicious

I know when people hear healthy they automatically think no flavor. This bread is great! It it wholesome and delicious. It is made from sprouted grains and does not have any processed or refined ingredients. And it is filling!

Super Nutrition

This bread is the only bread my boys can eat. They are sensitive to grains and so finding the Ezekial bread has truly been a blessing. It is a bit expensive, but when they eat this bread, they don't break out on the skin like they would with other breads. They could not tolerate wheat bread or any healthy bread other than the Ezekial bread. It allows the body to break it down slower because the grain is sprouted and allows for super nutrition. It is even recommended by Jordan Ruben (who wrote "The Maker's Diet").  It's good for sandwiches, toast or a snack. It is hard to find, you may only find it at higher end stores or health food stores and you aren't able to use a coupon for it...none that I have been able to find. But, it has a wonderful taste that's different from your "normal" bread. I woudl highly recommend this to anyone who has problems handling grains/food allergies/diabetics or anyone else who's looking for some good, high quality and nutritious bread!
