Toy-like drill
I only purchased the Evolv 107-Piece Cordless Lithium Drill & Project Toolkit because it was on sell and after several uses I'm glad I didn't pay retail price. This drill takes about 5 hours to charge for about 30 minutes of quality use before it slows down and becomes unusable. I was really disappointed the first time I powered this drill on and heard the toy-like roar of the engine. This drill isn't very powerful even for simple tasks. I was putting up window shades and the drill bit kept detaching from the drill. The only way I could drill holes through my walls for the brackets were to gradually squeeze the trigger for a slow rotation. There was also a struggle when it came to using the Phillips bit. The bit had well defined grooves and a great tip but I still had to press extremely hard to prevent the screw from being stripped because of the poor power. The screw was halfway through the wall when the bit started to slip out of the deep grooves and started to disfigure the screw. I would only recommend the Evolv 107-Piece Cordless Lithium Drill for under $30 just for the extra pieces and not for the drill itself.
