I decided when I found out I was pregnant with my first that I did not want to feed my baby artificial milk. After a lot of research, I realized that formula is not very good for infants, it also causes upset stomach and spit up. Nobody in my family had ever really breast fed, so I had to figure it out on my own. I knew that I would be with my baby most of the time, but there were those rare times that I would need someone else to watch her. That's when I started looking at breast pumps. A lot of breast pumps are ridiculously over priced, or complicated to use. After a lot of looking I decided on the Evenflo Breast Pump. I did not regret my decision and I have used it with two babies. It is affordable and efficient. It's quiet, and easy to pack up, and you can just clean it up in the dishwasher. It's easy to store my milk with the evenflow breast milk, and it's comfortable to use. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to pump easily and not pay a lot of money. It's a great all around product.

I bought this pump because I need something to relieve my engorgement when my twins were refusing to breastfeed. I figured I just needed something to help my pain and keep my supply up until I could get the babies to latch on. Unfortunately they never did take to breastfeeding and I ended up using this pump a lot more than I initially planned. When I made the decision to exclusively pump I purchased a different breast pump because this one does not cut it for exclusive pumpers. This pump will do the job if you're just pumping once or twice a day and don't mind it taking a while. I found this pump to be slow, loud, and painful. With my new pump (Medela Pump In Style) I can pump over twice the amount of milk in less time than it was taking to pump with this one. This pump hurt to use, and also caused my nipples to become chapped and cracked. The one thing I did like about this pump was it allowed you to adjust the suction for each individual breast to get the ideal suction for each side. But that one feature wasn't enough for me to keep this pump around.

This evenflo breast pump is okay but if you are planning to nurse and store this would not be a good breast pump because it will make your nipples sore the very first time use it to the last time use it. They could work on the sucking adjust it suck but if you turn it down to a adjustment that don't pull that hard then it want pump out milk.

As a breastfeeding Mom, a pump is a must even if you are staying home after the baby. There will always be times when you need to relieve engorgement, have a little extra stored, allow someone else to feed the baby, or give you the option of going out for a little while. There are also times when you may have a need to pump-and-dump (if you have to take certain medications, have eaten something the baby is uncomfortable with, or have a little bit to drink for instance). I have used my Evenflo electric pump for many of these circumstances, plus I do sometimes work a day or two a week outside the home.  We received this pump as a gift when I was pregnant with our first (we had put it on our registry because of it's cost-effectiveness and because a friend recommended it), and I began using it while we were still in the hospital to help my milk start coming in when we were initially having problems breastfeeding. The nurses at the hospital told me it wasn't a good enough pump and I would never be able to get any milk with it, but it worked just fine. I can see that if you were going back to work full-time you would probably want a more efficient, faster pump, but this one was perfectly adequate for my needs. It isn't super fast, and mine only does one side at a time, but if you only need it sometimes, it is an efficient way to get the job done without costing a fortune. It is very easy to use and fits conveniently in a very small travel case.

I bought this breast pump thinking its brand is trusted around my home.  Evenflo has a lot of good products.  I absolutly loved it.  It's completly portable you can run it off batteries or with the adapter that plugs in.  The motor is strong and has dial so you can change the strength.  Everything is completly washable and even in the dishwasher.  I bought this for myself and would purchase again it makes a great gift idea for an expecting mother.  I love my evenflo breast pump.  It was definatley worth the money and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a good breast pump.  The only thing that could make this product better would be if you could get it free.

The EvenFlow Breast Pump is ever so efficient. It saved time and money, and with a name like EvenFlow i knew i couldnt go wrong. The instructions were easy to read and follow; no confusion at all. The EvenFlow Breast Pump was easy to set up and almost ready to use right out of the box. The travel case was also very convinient. Thanks to EvenFlow i didnt have to use formula for my baby when i decided to go back to work. I was able to use the EvenFlow Breast Pump whenever and wherever i was and cleanup was a breeze. The EvenFlow Breast Pump was also quiet as a wisper. I could use my pump even if i was in the babies room while he is sleeping, or while im in the break room at the office. Its great! The EvenFlow Breast Pump has definetly made my life easier, and its helped my husband out too! It doesnt wake him up if i use the pump in the bedroom while he is sleeping and it helps to keep my breast milk on hand if im not around to feed the baby. Thanks EvenFlow!
