I did alot of research before buying this and most reviews were the same about half for and half against. The reason we bought this one is because it was on sale for half price so we thought what the heck we can take it back or if we don't we won't be out much money. I have got to say this toaster oven is great. We have 7 people in our house so there is alot of snacking going on and using our big stove for some pizza bites or frozen burritos was getting costly. Now we can use this for toast which with seven people we can do six pieces instead of two and it toasts great. We can do enough pizza bites for 3 hungry kids. We can do a medium pizza in it (12 in). I have baked cookies also. I love this oven and it doesn't take up as much counter space as you would think. If you are in the market for a toaster oven you cannot go wrong with this one.
