This vacuum is horrible! It doesn't pick up anything. All it does is leave dirt from other areas on the area you are cleaning. This hasn't worked right since the day we bought it! It is loud, and doesn't pick up! I have an extremely bad back, but can get more up by sweeping the carpet with a broom! I am extremely displeased with this vacuum, and will probably never buy this brand again. It wouldn't be so bad if we had the money to purchase a different vacuum. This one is useless unless you WANT to do the opposite of cleaning. I really expected more from this brand. This one should be pulled from the shelves and scrapped. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRAP!!!!!! You will regret it. I will definitely use Viewpoints reviews before purchasing our next vacuum, or any other purchase like this. My previous vacuum was a cheaper one, but worked like a dream for over 10 years! Maneuverability Moves great, if if was good for anything else. Suction Performance Does not suction! More like blows!
