This product combines three different things that should help with joint pain, particularly from arthritis. But personally, I have not seen as good of results as I expected to see from it. I certainly have seen some improvement. It is effective at reducing pain, particularly around the joints. But it does not work nearly as quickly as I would like, and it does not reduce the pain as much as other name-brand products that I have tried. In addition, it seems to wear off quicker, reducing the length of its effectiveness. I also have not seen much difference in the range of motion in the affected joints. In my opinion, a high quality joint pain relief medication will help increase the flexibility in the joint that is limited by pain. This medication seems to deal with regular pain, but not the pain that limits flexibility. On the plus side, it is cheaper than most alternatives. So if someone does not need something very strong, it can be a good deal. But for me, I would rather pay a little bit more for a name brand product that will give me better results.

I am 60 years old. For the past several years, I have noticed that my knees and hands hurt a lot.
