I have never used the aveeno brand of this product, so I can't compare it to that. This product is just okay to me. It is greasy and I still feel like it has not absorbed when I wake up in the morning. It doesn't smell to great, either. It also leaves residue. It is good, however, for when you Re experiencing very dry patches. Just as a daily moisturizer it is not the best. Ease of Application Good because one pump does not give a ton. You don't have to worry about wasting it.

For the price, this lotion is pretty good and effective. One downside is that it still leaves me with a slightly greasy feeling after applying it, but that feeling isn't as bad as most other brands that I have tried. It's there, which I don't like, but it is better than the alternative. Effectiveness This lotion is pretty effective at moisturizing dry skin. It doesn't always take it away quite as quickly as I would like, but it seems to work as well as most other kinds that I have tried. Ease of Application The squeeze bottle is pretty easy to control how much comes out, so one doesn't get more than needed and waste some. It can be a bit tricky to get the right amount out when the bottle is nearly empty (as is true of most of these types of bottles). Simply rubbing in into the skin until it is gone is about as easy as it gets for application to the body. Scent Since this lotion is unscented, it is pleasant and easy for anyone to use, even if they aren't looking for a strong scent.

This moisturizing lotion is the very best that I have ever used!! It even works better than any of the more expensive brands and I have tried many different products. My skin gets very dry in the cold weather and this soothes and hydrates it very well. It compares to Aveeno(probably most of the same ingredients) at a much lower and more reasonable price. My skin gets very itchy and this soothes the itchiness very well. Effectiveness This moisturizing lotion is very effective on very fry skin but can be used for any skin type as it is gentle on the skin. it does a great job hydrating to replace moisture and makes the skin very soft. Ease of Application It is very easy to use. I really do love the pump bottle and I use this lotion everyday after my shower and sometimes later in the day. Scent It has a very pleasant scent and it is not very strong which is espcecially good if you have allergies. I would very highly recommend this lotion to everyone.

I love Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion! I buy it when I can't afford to splurge on Aveeno. I have very sensitive skin and this is a must for me! It is just as good as Aveeno! It has a nice, natural scent that does not irritate my allergies. It goes on as soft as silk and is absorbed quickly and easily! It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and protected. It really clears up dry skin in no time. I especially use this in the winter when my skin is so sensitive to the cold. I really love that it is cheaper than Aveeno but is basically the same product! Effectiveness It does an amazing job of soothing, healing, and protecting your skin. Takes the burn and itch of dry skin away. Ease of Application Just apply wherever you need it! It rubs in quickly without leaving a gross or greasy-feeling residue behind! Scent Has a wonderfully natural-smelling scent that is not offensive.

Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion works really well on very dry skin. I really like it. I have tried so many of the other lotions out there but this one really works well on very dry skin. It's one of my favorites. Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion feels very soft and absorbs quickly into my skin, leaving it feeling really moisturized. It leaves no residue at all. I use it for my hands every winter and on dry patches elsewhere all over my body. It really works well on dry skin and heals them very fast. Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion does not cost too much. However, it's only negative point is that it does not have a great scent. But if you don't care about the scent and just want your skin to be moisturized it is a good deal. It lasts for a long time on your skin, so you do not have to keep re-applying it every time you wash your hands. My hands feel really moist when I use Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion. My skin gets really dry in the winter time and this is really a lifesaver. It is great for sensitive skin too. All in all, it's a great product!

I started using **Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion**at work because that's what was there.  Working in an office where I'm constantly going through papers, filing charts and other paperwork and constant hand-washing really takes a toll on my hands and skin. I like **Equate** because it is not greasy and doesn't linger on my hands.  It absorbs well into my hands and leaves them feeling soft.  It has natural colloidal oatmeal which smells great and doesn't have that antibacterial smell or fruity smell (a plus when working in an office with so many smells floating around). I'm not really sure what the long term affect of **Equate Lotion** is or how long it lasts because I usually end up washing my hands (which is often) before it wears off.  I like that the lotion keeps my hands from cracking and isn't slippery.  A good use at any office.
