As I've aged, I've noticed some soreness in my knees, difficulty in turning in the bed and getting up off the floor. I need to be on the floor to help my wife in the morning. Worse, I have noticed fatigue in my hands when practicing or performing on my instruments. Equaline in the house brand for the Supervalu grocery chain and I shop at their Jewel food stores in the Chicago area. I often try house brands looking for the same functionality at a better value. And, I've had some good experiences with their house brand vitamins, including Vitemin D and Fish Oil. The Equaline Glocosamine Chondroitin & MSM Complex 120 caps are supposed to be taken 3 per day and provide 1500 mcg Glucosamine, 1200 mcg Chondroitin Sulfate and 500 mg MSM plus a blend of Sodium Hyaluronate. I took the better part of 1 bottle and noticed no effect on my mobility, my joint soreness nor my hand fatigue. So, I've ordered some Osteo BiFlex which has The 3 ingredients plus another one.
