My husband and I received this coffee maker as a wedding gift almost two years ago, and it worked just fine for us. It had a lot of nice features. There was a warming plate that would keep the coffee hot for up to two hours that would automatically shut off after two hours if not done manually beforehand. It also had the option of stopping the brew before it was completely done to pour a cup of coffee. The one-touch espresso and cappucino buttons were really nice and easy to use although we didn't use them entirely often. It had a metal basket so it didn't require filters which was also nice. The one problem we had with it is that the pot cracked one day after being on the warmer for an hour and there is no way to get a replacement pot. We have tried to use serveral other pots, but we have not found one that fits so far. So if you get this coffee maker make sure you don't break the carafe. Also you can't use the espresso side while coffee is being brewed. We probably wouldn't buy this product again.
