I love my Emerilware. I could have never afforded them myself but received them as a wedding present and love using them. I take extra care of them so they will last me a long time. Doesn't Stick I have used my Emerilware pans for several years. I got them as a wedding present eight years ago. They still work well and function; however, I have more issues with food sticking now than I did when I first got them. It isn't a big deal because I just spray Pam or other nonstick down to assist when I am cooking something that is more prone to sticking (ex. eggs or pancakes). Heat Distribution I have used with both gas and electric ranges, it appears the heat distributes well on both types across the pan. Ease of Handling The cookware handles very easily, some pieces are heavy for me, especially pots when filled with water. Ease of Cleaning They clean very well, I also typically use my George Foreman sponges on them since they aren't as abrasive and I want the pots and pans to last me a long time. Design They have a nice and sleek design. I think they are attractive pots and pans. Durability I have used my set for about 8 years and hope I can have them for 8 more.

I absolutely LOVE this set! I have all of the pieces for this entire line, except one. I have been very impressed with these products, the performance and the cleaning. We have had this set for a year and a half and use them close to 4 times a week. Even the 10" skillet (the one we use the most) still looks like new. Doesn't Stick Nothing has stuck to these pans. It slides right out of the pan (sometimes with the help of your dish rag or brush, but no elbow grease is necessary). Heat Distribution Cooks evenly to ensure all meals are the best they can be! Ease of Handling I love the features of the pots - pouring spouts on the sides and strainers in the lids - such wonderful and genious additions! Ease of Cleaning They are so easy to clean, that it doesn't seem like a chore. I have never spent anytime scrubbing or soaking any item from this line. All messes clean right up! Design Awesome, practical additions, such as the pour spouts on the pots and strainers in the lids. Very helpful and useful on a normal basis. Durability Not a single pot/pan has a scratch or any other blemish after 1.5 years of usuage. Make sure you use wood or plastic utensils, as with all nonstick items! Metal will scratch and ruin the pans. I also handwash all of them, which is quick and easy.

For our wedding shower, I registered for the Emerilware Hard Anodized Non-Stick Cookware because it had Emeril in it :) But also because it just seemed like good quality stuff. I wanted something that would put up with years of abuse. After 2 years (and counting) it is still going strong! Doesn't Stick As advertised, food does not stick to these pans unless it's baked on really bad or burnt. The only pan I ever pre-spray is the frypan when I'm making eggs, but other than that I never have to add an additional spray to anything before I cook. Heat Distribution Heat is evenly distributed throughout the pan so the sides and edges all cook well. Ease of Handling They are easy to use, but can be heavy. Sometimes transporting a full pan can be hard and you need 2 hands. Ease of Cleaning Cleaning is pretty easy most times too. If I wash the pots right after eating, it usually only takes me a minute to get them sparkly clean! Obviously if food sits too long it's harder to clean, but that would happen with any pan. The only trouble is they are a little heavy so sometimes cleaning can be a workout. Design I like the clear lids because it allows me to see what the food looks like without always lifting the lid. But the handle of the lid does get hot at times. I've gotten used to using a towel or glove whenever I need to lift off the lid. This Emerilware set comes with the following: 8" frypan, 10" frypan, 2-quart saucepan with lid, 3-quart saucepan with lid, 3-quart saute pan with lid, and 6-quart stockpot with lid. Of these, the ones I use the most are the 8" frypan for eggs and the 3-quart saute pan for various things like meat, rice, hamburger helpers, pirogies and more. The 6-quarter pot comes in handy for big pasta dinners or soup and the 2 smaller pots are great for veggies or side dishes. Durability After 2+ years, the pans are all still in great shape. They may have lost some color over the years, or gained some stains, but they have no problems as far as usage goes. It's a great set for all your cooking needs and I expect it to last me for years.

I have had a set of Emerilware Hard-Anodized cookware for a few years now. Before I bought it, I really wanted a set of very expensive hard-anodized cookware but I couldn't afford it. After looking around, I decided to buy this set. It came with everything I needed but was so much cheaper. I haven't regretted it once. I use this cookware every single day and it has held up excellently. I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of these pots and pans and I don't see any reason to buy anything else any time soon. I think they look really great, with a nice sturdy handle and glass lids. The variety the set comes with is really perfect. I use everything in the set, but especially the larger saute pan with the lid. The stock pot is also really useful for cooking soup or pasta. The sauce pan is super useful for pretty much anything. I would definitely recommend these pans for anyone on a budget.

I bougt this cookware set a couple of years ago. It has held up with no flaking or peeling of the coating. Even though this was more expensive than some, it has proved to be worth the price. It comes with a dutch oven, 2 saucepans of different sizes and three seperate frying pans and three glass lids.. You need little of no oil to cook with these. I do pancakes in the skillets without any oils or butter! I also like that you can use the pans in the oven! I can make baked macaroni and cheese in the same pan once to boil the macaronis and then to bake! I am definitely satisfied with this cookware set. Number one in quality.

My husband purchased this for me about eight years ago.  We had been married for five and our cheap pots and pans had worn out.  So, we decided to go wtih something more expensive that had a longer life to it.  We researched and I fell in love with the Emerilware.  It is easy to clean, ovensafe, stickproof, and very resistant to scratches and abrasions..i use only wooden or plastic utensils when i cook but when my husband or children accidently break out the metal utensils it has proven not to scratch.  It was a bit pricey, but in the long run i think we actually saved money due to its longevity.  As i said i have had this for eight years and it looks new, and i use it everyday.  The only downfall to this cookware is its weight.  It is very very heavy and sometimes when the dutchoven is full i need help carrying it to the table..I have weak wrists though and it may be just me.  However, i love it and would say BUY  it up if you have the chance!

I like cooking for my family, but as much as i enjoy doing it, it's not always an easy task. Some pans and pots are just not good enough. They are not durable to withstand my everyday use. They get scraped, stained, rusted or the handles become loose and fall off (yeah, it happens sometimes), and becomes hard and messy to clean, which is the part i don't like very much, lol.
