I came to this matchmaking service about 6 months ago and met with Jamie Rose. I had never been to a matchmaker before so it was a little scary to be honest. My first match was a good fit but we ended up only seeing each other a few times. Before I met my next match Jamie called me to give me some feedback. Turns out it was not good! It was great for me to know how I was viewed though. She gave me some advice (which I needed) and I met my next match. Long story short we have been dating ever since and we are taking our first trip together in a few days! I am really excited and can't wait to see where our future leads us!

Elite really has impressed me with their customer service and their ability to find men that were the right kind of men for me to be dating. My fourth match with them proved to have a real romantic connection. Of the four, I stay in touch with one as friends which is also great. It made me feel so safe knowing that everyone was screened and checked out before I met them. Anyone who has done the online dating thing knows how deceptive people can be. I must say, I do not want to jinx myself, but I think I may never need to reactivate my membership. Thank you so much elite!!

This service is incredible. I really don't understand how anyone can think otherwise. Only good has come my way since I joined. Even the interview that I went through was pleasant. Making a three hour interview comfortable enough for a total stranger to talk about every aspect of his/her life is almost impossible. The matchmakers that work here seem to be able to do it without a problem. The dates always go so smooth and are very well put together. The way they organize things is astonishing. Their huge success rate shows exactly how well they work. As a member, I have dated some pretty amazing men who have all been exactly what I was looking for. My matchmaker definitely knows what she's doing and always calls me before and after each date. I know that no matter what happens, I have the most professional matchmaker on my side.

A year ago, I signed up after hearing amazing stories about them. I walked into the office in Dallas and spoke with Shelly. I went through the whole four hour interview and was very tired but very confident. I'm not the best looking guy and I guess I don't have the best personality or sense of humor. Shelly could have just lied to me by saying that it would be easy to find me a suitable match just so I would be quick to pay the fee. However, she didn't. Instead, she said "I'll try my best. No matter what, You won't be disappointed". Again, I left very confident in my chances. I admit that for the two weeks, I didn't hear from her and I was pretty upset. I e-mailed her and told her to contact me to let me know what was going on. After getting no reply for three days, she called me very with a very good apology and a great excuse for not answering back right away. Her mother was in the hospital with a serious problem. After hearing that, I forgot all about it. We spoke for about twenty min over the phone about the amazing sounding girl she had for me. Her name was Allison and she sounded exactly like the kind of girl I told shelly I wanted. Our first date went well and we enjoyed each others company for six hours. For the next five months, Shelly listened to everything Allison and I had to say and was very helpful in leading us to the most incredible day of our lives. Our wedding. Shelly was right when she promised me I wouldn't be disappointed. Not only that but I definitely think it was the smartest thing I ever did. So if you are interested in becoming a member, I'm telling you from experience that you're in great hands.

I've always been told the two most important parts of a relationship are chemistry and timing and that you can't have one without the other. I've certainly learned this the hard way. In joining Elite, the timing battle is solved. The investment lets everyone know that you are serious about a long term relationship and willing to take the steps necessary to find one. It did take a few times to meet the perfect match through Elite, but when it happened I couldn't be happier or in some ways more surprised. I originally had some doubt about the quality of women that I would find. That doubt was quickly eliminated after seeing how professional and attractive the women are that have faced the same road blocks in their search for a true partner as I have. I would recommend Elite and their staff to anyone serious about being in a long term, committed relationship.

I had never tried a service before so this was newto me and I was not sure if this was the right thing for me to do.Iwas scared of the investment, if this would work for me and anxious ofwho I would meet. So I decided to go ahead and try it since I didn'twant to do the internet,I knew hardly anyone and I wasn't getting anyyounger. After a few weeks I met with the photographer and gave myphotos to Jamie. We started working together and looking at profiles.She presented a few women and I passed on a couple. After talkingabout why I passed on them and gettig a better understanding I saidyes and went on my first date. She looked great on paper, smartattractive, funny, educated but no spark. I was a little frustratedand anxious but Jamie and I spoke about what didn't work. All of thewomen were educated and attractive but then again I guess it's hardto judge on a picture. Knowing Jamie had met all of these women inperson made me feel better becuase I knew she got to know for who Iam. After a few weeks she talked to me about someone else she had inmind and I was really excited. We talked about Andrea and what we hadin common and I was ready to meet her. The first date went well and weplanned a second date for the weekend.The second date was so great wewanted to meet again in a few days. I was very skeptical to the process of having a company search for social contacts. I did investigate and met with two employees from Elite Personal Search, which I might add are no longer working for the company. I explain to them that I would not be able to travel long distances because I am widowed with three children. They guaranteed me that there were plenty of single ladies within 20 minutes from my home. In six months I went on three dates. Yes, they did send me profiles but they were all at least an hour away, one way. I requested to come to the office to look through profiles, so I could hopefully find someone closer to my home. This usually is not allowed but they had made an exception in my case. As expected there were very few single females in my area. Also I noted that most of the profiles had expired. I placed numerous phone calls and sent numerous e-mails in an attempt to explain the situation and request a partial refund. After waiting two months I have not heard from the company which I understand is under new management. I am now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have requested my contract to have my legal counsel review it. Do not waste your money!

I can truely understand what some folks must have gone through after signing up and looking at few matches and never getting refund after several complaints.   My story is short and simple. I signed up with Elite and the very next decided to cancel my contract which as per CA civial law I have 3 business days to take complete refund. It has been more than 15 business days now and after sending 10 emails and making 8 phone calls, I am yet to get my money back. IF This is not scam than I am sure we need to change defination of scam in oxford dictionary. please stay away from Elite, they are just not true. Imagine I canceled my service per civil law and still going through this hassle.

I am an elite client (8 months) and as such, please do yourself a favor and run away with your $7000 and invest it somewhere else. If you want to give matchmaking services a try, then investigate other companies where they truly hand select matches for you. This company is an expensive version of online dating and if you try to complain, they will tell you they have presented you with X number of profiles when these matches are no longer available, or perhaps they do not exist because these people are no longer clients. The company doesn't honor any refund requests. You do have the choice to make monthly payments and if so, you have the choice to stop paying them based on "fradulent" services and keep copies of all your suggested matches emails and take them to small claim court if Guillermo or Mr. Felix threathen you with ruining your credit history if you stop paying. Matchmaking services are now more common and can be great service if you choose the right company with the right values and right intentions. Loook at their BBB rating and trust the BBB when Elie has earned an "F" is because of a reason. Trust your instincts and run the opposite way. Plenty of matchmaking agencies in Los Angeles.
