I got this for my son this past Christmas. We homeschool and I wanted to find him something that was educational, but fun at the same time. I searched online to see what the top rated science kits were and this was at the very top. It wasn't the cheapest kit by any means, but the way the reviews were sounded made it sound worth it. I found out that it was! There is so much to do with this kit! There are clear instructions and pictures of what to do in the instruction manual, even giving you a place to check off when you've completed the activity. We still haven't gone through all of the projects and it's nice that my son (who is 9) can follow along and do many by himself. The pieces in this kit are nice, thick and sturdy. It's not like other flimsy kits. I don't have to worry about a piece breaking off. This is great! I think I might even look into getting him one of the other sets out there by this company. You can build so many things while learning at the same time. The pieces click into a board and set up is nice and easy. I would definitely recommend this and have already to others I know. It's a great kit!

I received a sample of this toy and at first i was like ''is this a toy?''But when i show this to my little nephew he was all over it for a five hours. After seeing him playing a joined and after ten to fifteen minutes i was immediately hooked. It is really fun and educational to play with this toy. To this day i must say that this Elenco snap circuits is the best toy you can buy to your kid. He will fell in love in matters of minutes. This toy is made of strong materials so you do not have need to take care about your kid breaking it. If you take care of this toy it will last for years I guarantee that.

Buying presents for my son is always a challenge.  He just doesn't like most toys.  I decided to try these mostly so he could have something educational to play with.  Being a homeschooling family, anything educational and fun is always a bonus.  He got them for his birthday.  For the first two weeks he didn't even touch them.  Then one day he came and asked me to help him use them.  I opened it up and helped him put together one of the designs.  From there he didn't need any more help.  He got them for his 7th birthday and even though these are technically for ages 8+, he had no trouble using these on his own.  Over the next month, every day after quiet time, he would show me his latest design.  He worked his way through the entire 300 designs.  It never grew old for him.  Four months later and he is still playing with them almost daily.  It has also taught him about circuits and how electricity works.  These are a great toy.

AWESOME! How many times would you like to here that from you son or daughter? Buy this wonderful Snap Circuit product and you will! My son is 13 and still plays with this. He got his first Snap Circuit set when he was 10.  This is a very educating and fun toy. They will learn all about how the energy flows. It does come with alot of projects - but my son started to invent his own....that's the point - get there minds workin. I like that all the items are easy for them to move around. Love that fact that you just snap them into place. I have fun playing with this too. You will enjoy hours and hours of fun with your child! AWESOME!!!!
